Dear lybrateuser, - Your symptom could be due to acidity, take some dietary & other precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day,also avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga to keep fit - consult for medication.

You must be suffering from tight foreskin problem, under it lots of debris accumulates, as well as it does interfere with sex significantly. So kindly get it removed by circumcision, a very minor surgical procedure. It will heal in about a week and you can have good sex and hygiene. All the best

Tinnitus is a common problem usually associated with deafness. It is of two types, subjective and objective. In objective tinnitus you can find out the cause of tinnitus while in subjective it is difficult to find the cause. Treatment consisit of reassurance and certain vasodilator and vitamin treatment. In objective tinnitus you may require surgery if cause is confirmed by all mod of diagnosis including ct scan.

I have asthma because of this I have breathing problem so please suggest me ways to prevent it.

May start with asthalin inhaler 2 puffs three times a day. If not much relief. May add by docket inhaler to it. 1 puff twice daily. Gurgle and rinse the mouth with clean water after by docket use you also are suggested to avoid exposure to things which precipitate asthma. Stop burning agarbattis and mosquito repellants in your room. Dust and smoke are notorious. So cover your nose and mouth while exposed to it. Stop smoking right now ig you have that habit.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.
