Don't try to cut down on your sleep it's not good for health you must sleep for 7 to 8 hrs depending upon your body's requirement on the other hand plan out your daily schedule in a more effective manner

Hi Doc. . Can't take food from outside. Im in such circumstances that I have to make food myself. Also, im preparing, so I don't have so much time. My question is, can I have daily 2 times khichadi as my lunch n dinner? Will it be okay to maintain my health? Along with I can take fruits n dry fruits. Will these combination be enough?

Khicdi is very nutritious food. Bt you need to change your food. Add some chicken fish, egg and vegetables are also needed for your health. U can mAke a soup with all this also. Fruit n dry fruit are very nutritious. U can take.

Good news is that you feel no lump. Pain can be due to hormonal changes associated with your menstrual cycle. Also get them tested.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

My son age is12 when ever /what ever he eat food or etc he goes to wash room fr 3/4 times. What is the problem n treatment. Is it related to gastro problem. Also his hairs r getting grey. His weight is approx 20 kg he is not growing properly. All test blood test whole abortion ct scan done all clear little 3tiny stones in kidney. For that given medicine neeri from then no pain. Then why he is not well n go at washroom. Please do advice.

Hi Mr. Sunny Your son is suffering from problem of improper assimilation of food due to gastro-intestinal problems. Today may be I'm 12 dpo & I tested then the result was negative but still I'm feeling weakness and frequent urination and feeling nausea and every sign of pregnancy. My due date of period is 3rd august.

I would suggest that you get a urine re and culture done to rule out a urine infection along with a complete blood count. If you miss your periods next week then do a urine pregnancy test as well.

If you already have dry hair, then rethink your coffee habit and evaluate your caffeine consumption. Caffeine further depletes the body of its natural resources of nutrients. And the nutrients required for hair are not spared either! so cut back on the coffee and move on something more healthy and that which promotes good health.

I am a 20 yrs old girl. Every month my period is delayed 15 days. For this prblem my doctor suggest to take regestrone 5 gm medicine. But still now no change. I take medicine from 2 yrs ago. My doctor say when my period date is going (means 2-3 days) then I took medicine but still now no change. Please tell me what will be the problem with me?

You have not mentioned how you were taking regestrone tablet. It should be taken form a particular date of last period and continued for a particular number of days as per doctor? s prescription; irregular intake may lead to further irregular cycles. Various reasons lead to delayed menses. Some common ones are weight gain, or weight loss, strenuous exercise, no physical activity, change of place, stress or anxiety, which are, to a great extent, under your control. Other common causes include hormonal imbalance mostly due to thyroid disorder or polycystic ovarian syndrome, which can be treated with good success rate. You may check on yourself if some of the above-mentioned conditions may be operating or not, and then try to alleviate these with lifestyle changes. For knowing hormonal imbalance, of course, you will have to get some tests done like thyroid tests and ultrasound and other tests, for which consultation with a gynecologist will be necessary.

Cant we save patient having a paralysis attack and then she suffers from pneumonia? please answer.
