Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) sleep upto 10.30 pm, 5) avoid coffee and tea, B) take 30 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA before meals, C) take 2 tablets of gandhak rasayan after meals, Do all things for 30 days. And it also tells patients should be well informed about the potential side effects of regular aspirin treatment and continue their regular screening tests but aspirin should not be viewed as a substitute for colonoscopy or other cancer screening tests.

Because of back pain you do only which exercise as you doctor is prescribed. You have only one option for reduce fat, that is proper diet plan, like low kcal, fat normal protein, proper mv, high antioxidant and phytonutrient diet. Dont do dieting, proper diet plan is req foe fat reduction.

Dear lybrate-user. For social anxiety disorder, hand shaking is enough. There may not be any other symptoms like nervousness or fear. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. With these tips and suggestions, many of the signs and symptoms associated with menopause will go away naturally and help you to lead a healthy life. There are many ways to whiten your teeth. At first you can try home remedies then over the counter products and then if you are not satisfied with that then professional bleaching in dental office is a definitive solution for your problem. Before everything you should borne in mind that you should brush your teeth two times daily. Always use soft bristled brush and be gentle on your teeth and gums while brushing. Learn proper brushing technique. This will help you to clean your teeth efficiently and effectively. As a home remedy you can apply baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) paste by adding some water to it. Apply this paste on teeth and brush your teeth. Do it once or twice a week. You can also use snowdent whitening toothpaste for 2- 3 months to see the results. If it doesn't help you then you can discuss professional bleaching of teeth with your dentist.

Hello normal skin care regimen is very important to maintain healthy skin. Following tips will help you: 1. Always wear sunscreen outdoors: prefer broad spectrum sunscreen with spf 30+, apply every 2-3 hours if your outdoor 2. Physical sun protection: use broad brim cap, helmets, uv protected sun glasses when you are outdoors 3. Moisturiser: good non comedogenic moisturiser is must 4. Face wash: don't wash excessively, ph of skin needs to be maintained 5. Take off your make up before going to bed 6. Hydration: good amount of water intake is must for glowing skin. 3-4 litres of water per day is necessary for healthy skin 7. Dietary changes: citrus food like amla, oranges ; increased protein intake, vitamin a and vitamin e rich food like fish, carrots etc will help you in maintaining healthy skin. Apart from above mentioned points, you can consider going for chemical peels to get rid of acne, pigmentation, blemishes.

It could be due to constipation 1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans,boiled/sprouted moong dal,whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta,whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish,chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water,8-10 glasses daily,.Avoid alcohol/caffeine 5.Take regular physical exercise 6. stick to a regular timing for going to toilet.

Follow the tips to control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-helps lowering blood pressure and cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-improves metabolic activity and helps in reducing weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-, improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:- Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet. 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 11.Fresh vegetables and fruits:- gives essential benefits as these contain a lot of vital minerals as well as nutrients .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible and a rich source of nutrients.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
