Parasuram should be taken by her,high protein diet high carbs diet and rich iron diet..drink warm milk with honey twice a day especially before sleeping..maximum intake of fruit juices and mixed dry nuts...take sleep after meal..walk regularly for good metabolism..take cornflakes or oatsmeal in breakfast...include jaggery,egg,almonds ,peanuts,dates etc high iron diet in your meal..

Hi Himani you can drink green tea it is safe in pregnancy. It is better to avoid tea or coffee in pregnancy. You can take tea once a day if you can't avoid.

Hi, test your urine for pregnancy, share if there are any associated symptoms like fever/blotting or burning pain during urination, any way if so abdominal sonography will give way to management, till then don't self medicate even for pain n vomiting.

She is having irregular periods.I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet.Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always.Keep your weight normal as compared to your height.This will help her in her periods.

I have a 4.5 month old baby and my milk supply has dropped down as I feed him with formula milk. I want to breastfeed him again but he refuses to respond due to low milk supply. Please suggest how can I get more milk so that he breastfeeds again.

normal deliveryis natural spontaneous vaginal delivery. delivering a baby through the vagina. a little incision is made in the vaginal wall to accomodate the baby's head and shoulder.cesarean, on other hand, is a form of delivery in which a big incision in the abdomen and uterus is done where the baby can pass through, this is usually done if the baby's feet is on the vaginal side making it hard for the doctor to pull off the baby through the vaginal canal, this done in pre-eclampsia cases, or prolonged labor or any complication during pregnancy.

Hence, when you are under stress, Ayurveda has a solution for you to relieve you from stress and lead a normal life.

5 ways through which you can deal with stress with the help of Ayurveda are:

  1. Take a Bath: Although bathing is your daily habit, yet by bathing you can control your stress levels. When you take a bath, it helps your body to release tension and relax the nervous system. While bathing, you can add 1/3 cup ginger powder to the water. This will increase the healing and relaxation process. You can also take Epsom salt bath as that too will help you to relax and cleanse.
  2. Practice Oil Pulling: For removing the natural toxins from your mouth and increasing your sense of taste, you can gargle with warm water toasted with coconut and sesame oil. Start by swishing the mixture of oil. You can swish the oil from the front to back, side by side and throughout your teeth for about twenty minutes. After spitting the oil out, you must rinse your mouth with warm water.
  3. Do Abhyanga: This is an ancient practice of oil massage where you use oils to calm the nervous system and rejuvenate the tissues by lubricating them. With this self-massage of oil, you can promote circulation of blood throughout your body. Abhyanga is a practice of rejuvenating your body through massaging the different parts with organic oil. There are different types of oil in Ayurveda that are used for various purposes.
  4. Practice Nasya: This is another technique in Ayurveda where medicated oil is applied to the nasal passages. When you practice this, the delicate nasal tissues are soothed and relieve stress. However, pregnant women and menstruating women should not practice Nasya. Every morning apply a few drops of Nasya oil to your nostrils for getting better results.
  5. Massage Your Feet before Bed: Another way to relax your body from stress is by massaging some oil before sleeping. For this, you may use brahmi oil, bhringaraj oil, or sesame oil. With this practice, you can soothe your body and release the pressure, thus getting relief from stress.

You must try these everyday so that Ayurveda can relieve you from stress. However, do not forget to get to experts if you still find yourself under stress.

Do not worry, it may be placental penetration bleedind which is normal, but take rest, avoid coitus and lifting heavyweights to prevent abortion.

My mom is suffering frm menopause n she is 50yrs in age. Some doctor prescribed her trenaxa capsules thrice a day to stop excessive bleeding, which helped a lot. But she got week after that. So the doctor then gave her iron capsules n then she got her periods again within 1day of taking this iron capsule. Wat shud v do? My basic concern is that my mom shud stop bleed n she shudn't get more week with that.

Dear, irregular bleeding at 50 yrs of age needs gynaecological consultation and investigations to rule out any evidence of cancer which generally occur in this age. Once cancer doubts are cleared medicines can be given to stop irregular bleeding, if still she does not respond operation may be required.
