I am really worried about my skin around my vaginal area it's too dark infact it got spread almost as panties and itchy too. I really wanted to know that is that possible that it's colour can be back to original I really need your help please show me some proper guidance and im very much shy and ashamed to discuss this to anyone pls pls show me the quick recovery if possible.

Hello, it seems to be fungal infection with itching sensation .wear. Loose undergarment to allow free air passage to keep infected area clean and dry Tk plenty of water to moisten your body eliminating toxins. Avoid junk food, alcoholic intake, caffeine. Tk Homoeo. Medicine:@ Rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice. @ Sepia 200-6 pills at bed time. Report. Wkly. Your feedback matters for further follow-up, please. Tk. Care.

USG Report showed Prostate borderline engagement in size but normal shape. Measure: 40.5 mm x 33.0 mm x 32.4 mm and Volume: 22.7 cc (approx). Also I have multiple calculi within GB lumen and so will proceed for an operation for the stone removal. Please suggest me any medicine if required for the treatment to reduce the prostate size.

Prostate size does not matter until and unless associated with lower urinary tract symptoms. Do not go with the report, you may need medicines if you develop symptoms due to that enlarged prostate. Sometym patient with prostate size 80 cc may not have any symptoms and few with 24 cc have severe troublesome symptoms. So do not focus on what report says. You can go for surgery for gall stones.

Hi lybrate user, take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water. Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, dancing, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. The 4 Essential Constituents of a Detox DIET

A detox diet is a temporary food habit, which involves detoxifying your body without causing much stress. Detoxifying includes cleansing your body of toxins, bacteria, and viruses that build up inside it. It usually lasts for a few days, and a detox diet consists of foods that are easy to digest and low in fat and protein. These foods help liver function and increase your metabolism, which brings about the detoxification progress.

Some of the constituents of a detox diet are:

1) Drinking copious amounts of water - Water performs many bodily functions like regulating body temperature, hydrating the body, regulating bowel movements etc. One such vital function is flushing out toxins. The more water you drink, the more toxins get flushed out of your body. Drinking eight glasses of water each day is advisable. Plus, water also helps to control hunger.

2) Munch on fruits and vegetables - Replacing your daily diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, which are rich in fiber, can help remove toxins. It also provides the body with necessary nutrients and antioxidants. Fruits rich in fiber are spinach, broccoli, avocado, blueberries, beans, artichoke and many others.

3) Eating oranges, lemons or limes - Citric acid helps to dissolve toxins within the body and increases and improves the functioning of the liver. Lemons contain the highest amounts of citric acid and eating them on a daily basis can be highly beneficial.

4) Drinking herbal tea - Herbal tea, which is a huge source of antioxidants and water, helps to flush toxins out of the body. Green tea is a good example of this and is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties as well.

Hello. Its because of the receding hormones after delivery, start hair vitamin like Tab Follihair or tab Keraglo eva after dinner for 3 months. Check Hb, TSH, vit B12 & D3 for irregularities. Nourishing serum like Q sera hair serum to be applied on scalp in evening for 6 months. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.

My sister age is about 55 years. She has got problem in morning hand shivering, weakness. We had done almost all test. All are normal had b12 injection. Take all medicine. But its not after few hours in morning it will all right. Now what to do.

No need to worry Mr. Paresh, just ask your sister to avoid fried oily and junk food. Avoid aerated drinks. Take proper sleep. Do pranayama in the morning for half an hour. Take tab, neurobion forte once a day. Apply n massage mahanarayan tail on both upper limbs for fifteen minutes every alternate day in the morning.

Take antibiotics according to culture report. Get psa done and an ultrasound for kub plus residual urine. You will need an alpha blocker medicine. Best is to go to a urologist.

What medicine I should take to enhance my running stamina? What diet we should have for good running efficiently?

Hye, Thanks for the query. You can improve your running stamina by following an effective training program and right nutrition. Step 1 Run more miles each week. You can increase your total running volume by increasing either the distance of each run or adding more runs. This allows your body to develop the systems needed to get more blood and oxygen to the muscles that are working.  Step 2 Incorporate a resistance workout two to three times per week, focusing on all of the major muscles groups of the body. Resistance can come from free weights, machines, body weight or bands, depending on what is available. At a minimum, the strength program should include squats, push-ups and planks because the combination of these three exercises will strengthen all of the major muscles of the body. Increasing muscle strength and endurance trains the muscles to work longer before reaching fatigue and that translates to being able to run longer. Step 3 Consume a nutritious diet, high in carbohydrates, moderate in protein and low in fat to ensure you have enough energy to complete your run. The diet should be made up of 60 to 70 percent carbohydrates, 12 to 15 percent from protein and no more than 30 percent from fat sources. You must also focus on staying well hydrated, drinking water regularly throughout the day and before, during and after workouts.
