I am suffer from mouth ulcer and its frequently repeated after 20 to 25 day. Please help.

Kindly apply orahelp gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Take multivitamins for a month. Also notice that you are not constipated, stressed or having lack of sleep, having acidity problem as these are few of the reasons for ulcers. Avoid hot and spicy food as this may irritate the ulcers. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

I am 35, with not a healthy sexual life. I am married since 11 years now, and have a daughter. Me and my wife have sex once in 3-6 months coz my wife does not like it as she is mostly down with UTI time and time again. The frequency of making love has reduced considerably since the birth of our child, which was about 8 and a half years ago. I used to get very horny before till about 2-3 years ago, but now my sexual desires have completely mellowed down coz my wife did not want it, and I never liked the idea of making the needs met from any other source besides my wife, coz of the love. As a result, now I have many problems when we do indulge occasionally. Premature ejaculation, not turned on enough, not getting a proper hard on are the highlights of the problems. The stress that comes on post the failure is another one of the problems. I understood the need to consult a doctor, and the doctor provided me medication (tadalafil) to take an hour before the indulgence. Problem now is, the timing never co-inside. If I take the medication for an hour later, we never make love. And when I don't, she shows interest sometimes, still rarely though. Coz when she feels like, maybe I happen to not be in mood. I understand there are a combination of problems here maybe and I don't know what kind of a Doctor to consult with here! Is there an alternative to the medicines which can have log term affect without having to take any medicines altogether?

Hello If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose, blocked nose 1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. and Take proper home made diet. 3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days, 4. I am suffering from hypothyroidism from last 4-5 years and now I am taking thyronorm 150 mg. But I still feel weakness, fatigueness, muscle pain, lack of motivation, lack of libido, weight gain and all related symptoms. This is my last thyroid test report. T3 - 1.18 ng/ml, T4 - 7.15 ug/dl and TSH - 4.04 uIU/ml. Test was taken on 29 Jan 2016.

Hi Lybrate User, As per your stats, your BMI is 36.7 which falls in Obese Cl2 Category. Your frame is designed for about 65-70 Kgs which means you are carrying about 30 Kgs extra. Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. These exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. I am having a pimple on my cheeks from past 4 days. 3 days back I scratched it and it again grew back and now its swollen and I am feeling feverish and lot of pain near my mouth as it is near the pimple. Any medications suggested?

Please do note try to squez the pimple. Take warm water compresses to relieve the pain and swelling. Also take belladonna 30 - twice daily for next 3 days and revert back.

I am having small ance on my face so what should I do to get my face clean I am using a cream name betnovate n but I did not get a good result.

Hello, please stop using betnovate cream since it contains a steroid and can give side effects like acne, skin thinning, sun sensitivity etc. You could use brevoxyl cream one pea size drop for full face to reduce pimples at night for 2 months. Please use sunscreen like rivela or suncross 15 min before sun exposure.

Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. I feel pain in just below my calf muscle. Last night I got this pain suddenly when I was playing. Please understand, semen is a liquid base which contains sperm cells. when you ejaculate inside the vagina, the sperm cells are alive and they climb through the vaginal wall towards uterus and one will find the female egg for insemination. Left over seminal liquid and other immobile sperm cells flow out of vagina because they do not have any functions inside vagina further. this is normal procedure and there is nothing to worry about this.
