I would advice you to see a general surgeon to consider removal of gall bladder. Also get a usg pelvis done to rule out any pathology in the uterus and ovaries.

Start taking sips of lukewarm water 2-3 times in a day especially before going to sleep. Avoid taking cold n sour things which aggravates your complaints. Take rumex 30 /2 drops twice for 3-4 days n revart back.

My friend is suffering from Anaemia. He has 4.3 gm of haemoglobin with slight swelling in face and leg. He is suffering from cough for the last two to three months. Presently he is admitted in hospital. He is undergoing bone marrow test. All his reports are Ok. Please tell me his problem.

He has totake blood transfusion and iron injection since his hemoglobin is low. Do a complete hemogram including bone marrow examination after consulting hematologist and follow the advice and treatment.

I am losing my hairs. My hairs are falling too much. My hairs are not looking good at all. Since I am only 16 years old so I am worried about my hairs are falling too much at very young age. So I want to ask what should I do then?

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as neelibhringadi can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking amla hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Hello Madam, If your TSH is raised, then I would suggest you to get your T3 and T4 levels checked. If they are low then you may be ahving Hypothyroidism. If the T3 and T4 are normal, then you are most likely having Subclincial Hypothyroidism. For Overt Hypothyroidism, you will be asked to take Thyroid hormone replacement tablets for the rest o your life. In Subclincial Hypothyroidism depending on the value of TSH, you maybe asked to wait and watch and to monitor your thyroid function tests regularly. Thank you.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

I am 38 years old l am having thyroid problem past 2yrs and l am taking 100mg thyroid sodium tablets daily 1 month before my clinical laboratory report shows serum TSH (ECLIA) 17.140 # and serum FREE T3 (ECLIA) 2.86 pg/ mL and serum FT4 (ECLIA) 0.94 ng /dL my Question is what type of thyroid l am having weather hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism and l am taking thyroxine tablets is it correct or wrong tablet if wrong means please suggest tablets to be taken please help me.

your tsh level is 17.140 it means you have hypothyroidism. thyroxine is good medicine in this. where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

physical activities are must to have sound sleep. regular morning walk yoga exercise are very helpful to sleep. and ultimately a fix time to go sleep. bedding ventilation and room temprature should be favourable. and if all is ok then before going to sleep take a glass of hot milk with mishri and sip to have good sleep.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.
