We need to know the size of your stones to think about the treatment options. If the size is the stones is small enough to pass through the mayoral urinary passage then the medical management should be given a try provided there is no obstruction in the passage. Plenty of fluids with restrictions of seeded vegetable is a general advice which can be given without fitter information.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Hi, I am sorry to hear about your problem. Usually ureteric stones (stones in tube connecting kidney with bladder) are dangerous to kidneys, since they block the urine drainage from kidney and cause swelling of kidney (hydronephrosis). Most of the ureteric stones less than 7 mm will pass easily with medicines. Since your stone size is 9.2 mm, it is a little difficult to manage with medicines. However, medicines can be tried for a few weeks if the kidney function is good and swelling is not much. Only your treating urologist can decide on that. If it is causing damage to your kidney, then it needs to be removed using ureteroscopy (urs). Any ureteric stone if left untreated for more than 4 weeks will cause permanent damage to the kidney. Moreover, it can also damage the ureter (leading to ureteric stricture) at the place where it gets blocked. Usually small kidney stones less than 5 mm can be treated medically. Larger stones can get dissolved depending on their composition. Uric acid stones are easy to treat medically. After the treatment of ureteric stone, you can get treated for kidney stones using medicines. If they are not getting dissolved in 3 months, you can undergo flexible ureteroscopy with laser for complete stone removal. Wish you a good health,

It is suggestive of declining renal function. I recommend the following 1. Find out how much of protein you are losing in the urine. Protein in urine rises the creatinine. Tablets like ace/arb can reduce protein in urine 2. Avoid red meat 3. Avoid weight lifting exercises 4. Tab nephrosave twice daily has given good results in my patients 5. Most importantly make sure bp is within 130/70 at all times.

Bladder Inflammation - Effective Homeopathic Treatment for it!

BHMS
Homeopath,
Bladder Inflammation - Effective Homeopathic Treatment for it!

Cystitis is a condition which is characterized by bladder inflammation that is usually a result of bladder infection. This disorder is very common among women. The condition tends to get better in a few days without any treatment. In case of chronic cystitis, long term treatment may be required.

Symptoms
Common symptoms include excessive urination (may be dark in color) and a burning pain during urination. One might feel generally unwell, tired and may experience cramps in the lower abdomen. In case of children, there may be a rise in the body temperature, coupled with weakness and vomiting.

Causes

  1. Engaging in sex (irrespective of whether one is using protection or not) can result in this condition.
  2. Inserting objects such as tampons into the urethra to release the bladder can most definitely result in this condition.
  3. Using contraceptive measures such as diaphragm.
  4. It occurs when bacteria which is present in the bowel or on the skin comes in contact with the bladder via the urethra. Women are at an increased risk as their urethra is shorter and the anus is close to the urethra.

Homeopathy and Cystitis
Homeopathy is a system of treatment that is natural and holistic. It does not have any side effect like the other conventional treatments. The various homeopathic remedies for cystitis are –

  1. Cantharis: Cantharis is a homeopathic remedy that is very effective in treating infections. In case of bladder inflammation and pain while urinating, this remedy is preferred. For cystitis with an inflamed bladder as the root cause, this remedy is very effective.
  2. Apis Mellifica: In case of chronic bladder infection, Apis Mellifica is administered. It cures the inflammation and also gets rid of the swelling. This also helps in relieving any burning symptom that you may experience while passing urine.
  3. Staphysgaria: Staphysgaria is a homeopathic remedy which is used to treat symptoms of cystitis that include a sharp pain in the urethra accompanied by involuntary discharge of urine. There may also be a constant urge to urinate. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath and ask a free question.
