It shows your home environment it is not good or you may feel alone in home. You are happy in social aspects. But you are unable to maintain loneliness. Please check any problems in home environment. Please rectify if possible. If not. Then leave it. Spend most of the time in office. After go to spend with other friends. Go home for sleeping, bathing and fresh purpose. Some one some problems whether it is home or office. In your case office is best. Then enjoy. Do not think about home. If everything is fine in home. Then analyse yourself. There can be no fat loss if you are not following a nutrition program and exercising. These 2 are a must. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

For hair: While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Your ideal weight will be around 60-65 kgs. Burning calories depends on your present intake. If you are already on a calorie deficit diet then its not advisable to reduce even further.

Hello, I want to reduce my weight in 3 months I am 26 year old my weight is 85 and height is 5'6 in last 1 year my weight sudden increased. As I currently working and my office hours is 10-6.30 I had join zym, aerobics but not able to reduce reason is that m not going regularly due long office working hours last few days and also so stressed up with the work. Please suggest a good diet as my hb is also low I.e.9 shall I again join the zym. Or I will start walking. Please suggest how I can reduce my weight!

This is a 2 years male baby was having fever, Dr. Prescribed babygesic and sinarest. After taking medicine he is normal but now he got blackish watery stool. Is that because of the medicine. If so what should I suppose to do. Thank you.

Hello. Watery stool is unlikely due to the medicine he is taking. More likely due the reason he had fever like viral fever with viral diarrhea. Give plenty of liquids and ors. After every motion give few sips of ors. Practice handwashing of baby before giving any food item in his hand. Outside junk food to be strictly avoided. Keep in mind baby passes 4 to 5 times urine per day.

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content.
