Vodka taken too much is bad for skin. It dehydrates your skin. But taking it once or twice a month is good.

You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. I have white hairs and my age is 20. Is there any process to convert grey hair in to black hairs?

I have white hairs and my age is 20. Is there any process to convert grey hair in to black hairs?
Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert.

Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. If you are interested, please let me know- *what is your age, height, weight, profession and whether it is a touring job? *since how long you have this problem? * do you have dry skin? *do you have dandruff? * have you history of any serious illness. * do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. * is it hereditary in your family?

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

I have pimples and oily face what should I do I tried many treatments but nothing works?

I have pimples and oily face what should I do I tried many treatments but nothing works?
Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

My 7 months old baby has got prickly heat rashes all over his neck. I applied calamine but no use. It' s very itchy for him. Please do help out.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Try calosoft and let me know. Babies and children can also get prickly heat rash during hot or humid weather because their sweat glands are not fully developed. Prickly heat causes an itchy rash of small red raised red spots with a prickling or stinging sensation. Prickly heat usually affects parts of the body covered by clothes, such as the back, abdomen, neck, upper chest, groin or armpits. In most cases, heat rash will clear up on its own in a few days if the affected area is kept cool and dry. Avoid excessive heat and humidity and cool off with a fan, take a cool shower or bath and let your skin air dry, or if you have air-conditioning, use this to cool yourself. Once the skin is cool and dry again, don? t use any type of oil-based product, which might block your sweat glands. Calamine lotion and/or hydrocortisone cream can relieve itching and irritation. Please if your prickly heat does not go away within a few days, or if you develop an infection where the bumps have burst, you may need medication, so so seek medical advice. You can ask me in ask privately option. I will be writing an article on prickly heat among other things in health tips / diseases column there is already an please article by me. You ask with name, mail id and phone no. Inform the progress after using calosoft cream regards
