Last month my period was start on 14 and then again its come 31. So what can I do?
Sometimes because of stress or many other lifestyle factors or hormonal changes, ovulation does not occur for one month and menses gets delayed or comes early. As you said you used to have regular cycles, that means you are regularly having ovulation. No need to panic and no need of any tests. Wait for another month or so, your menses will come regular. This happens because of temporary hormonal changes.

It is normal for the delivery to be delayed for a week if the usg is normal and your doctor may decide on caesarean if needed.

DO’S

· Eat sweet,bitter,astringent,cold foods when there is good appetite.

· Take medicated bitter ghee.

· Utilize rice,barley,wheat,green gram,jaggery,grapes,gooseberry,honey .Eat food that are easily digestible.

· Cow’s milk,ghee,kheer,raisins and black grapes are especially recommended foods in this season.

· Eat in moderation as digestive fire is weak in this season.

· Clothes should be loose and light coloured.

 

DON’T’S

· Avoid taking sun bath.

· Avoid sleep during daytime.

· The rays of the moon are beneficial to the health in this season  only in the evenings.They are exceedingly cool in the night and hence may be harmful in the night.

· Avoid pungent,sour,salty foods,curd,oils and alcohol.

· Avoid kshara based food and overeating.

· Avoid fried,spicy,sour,asafetida,red chillies,sesame seed oil,mustard oil,millet,corn,ginger garlic,onion,tamarind,mint leaves,cucumber,fenugreek seeds,ladies finger,brinjals,urad dal,groundnut.

Yes Condoms are not protective 100 %against most of the STI least against HPV HSV AND T VAGINALIS usually if infection occur it presents from 2 days after to many months after intercourse depending on the disease

It is safer by most reseach that preganancy in a first time with a breech ie upside down baby can be hazardous to the mother and baby and casearan section is safer but it should be the decision of the gyn who is seeing her in the last 2wks of preg or in labour.

It is good that you have realized at young age that you do not have a stable mind, it is your problem and you are going to solve it minus medicines or doctors. May be you are surrounded by too many relatives and friends, try to be a loner for few days, go for long walks all alone, you will be able to take a decision better, but make sure about difficult decisions taken after giving maximum trials are not to be reverted back, come what may, some kind of emotional abuse / lure of money to walk on easier path. The person who gives a chance to others/ self to reform but fails has got only one option - to reform self by taking 1 decision at a time and work hard to make it a success to reassure self. White discharge is common after sex n prior to period n 14 day of period if I is regular it need medical help she should take care of hygiene it may be due to weakness n infection is also another factor if it's associate with itching take v gel himalaya passary tab chandraprabha bati tab. Hello, please, follow all d norms of your gynae, first. Your diet be regular easily digestible as per the requirement after delivery. You would need plenty of water to hydrate your self & to eliminate toxins of medication administered, during delivery. Tk homoeo medicines: @ phytolacca 30-6 pills, thrice. @ bryonia alb 30-6 pills, thrice a day. You can tk, both d medicines, simultaneously. Report, your progress, accordingly, please.
