First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Please do a x-ray/mri of lumbosacral region. Do hot compresses take rest. Also take mag phos 6x /rhus tox 200 - twice daily each for next 7 days and get back to me for further treatment.

Massage promotes faster recovery from muscle damage that causes leg pain. 10 minutes of massage therapy attenuates inflammatory signaling after exercise-induced muscle damage. In addition, massage improves blood circulation and helps relieve stress and anxiety. Rub some warm olive, coconut or mustard oil on the affected area. Using gentle yet firm strokes, massage your legs for about 10 minutes. Do this 2 or 3 times daily as needed. You can also use a self-massage device or apply pressure to sore muscles using a tennis ball. Please try the above and give me a feedback.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Calci aid (bakson) (2tabs) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dengue has four different strains. So if you get infected by one strain type then the possibility is that you can get affected again by a different strain. However this time around the dengue outbreak is not as worse as compared to last year. Plain viral fever is on the rise and mimics symptoms of dengue. Get yourself tested properly to rule out all possibilities. Take plenty of fluids.

I am actually not able to understand your father's problem, is he suffering from tuberculosis for which he is taking medicines? and you have mentioned he is suffering from leg pain only, is there any back pain as weel? are there any s/s of neurological involvement like weakness, numbness, paresthesias, etc also in lower limbs? have you got any investigations done for him, if yes, please send me the reprots so that I can see and advise accordingly. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out diabetes. Any way it may be tried, -- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100mg +paracetamol 350mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days. --. A-z g0ld 1 tab od x 10 days. (you may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of ac or cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for knee & legs. (take help of a physiotherapist kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.
