I am using the Aha flow from 1 Year, but the result was just 25%. I have tiny pimples spread over my face with dull skin. My face always look like I have slept and came from bed. It just shows freshness only for 30-1 Hr fresh face after I wash my face. Please advise for clearing Acne/Pimples and convert dull to fairer flow shiny face. Hi, acne pimples, tanning, dark circle under d eyes are the out come of stress, anxiety, insomnia, causing due to irregular life style. - tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, regulate metabolism and to moisten your facial-skin & muscle. - go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety, if any and to nourish cell, tissues to allow your face & body skin, glowing. - tk, protein rich diet on time. - tk, apples, carrots, cheese, banana, papaya, spinach, almonds, walnuts, pumpkins, regularly. Please ask somebody to massage your spinal column from neck down up to sacral bone using both hands ie both thumbs on one side other fingers on other side do only from neck and not from sacral to the neck. You can also use a wooden roller purchased from a acupressure items shop. Try this first. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult after 5 days. Do not do from top to bottom. Wish you cure without medicine.

If its associated with any cold, cough, or phlegm, then its better to take warm water, gargles with salt water daily 2-3 times, n take warm milk with turmeric, or dry ginger, or pepper powder. But otherwise, you better to consult any nearby ent specialist to get diagnosis by undergoing tests,

There are very useful tips to cure your problem- 1. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grain, oats and fruits such as sweet potatoes, pears, apple, plums, beans, broccoli or spinach help and make easy to passage of stool. 2. Soak a few dates in milk, squash it to make a paste and take it with milk for a week to relieve constipation. 3. Triphala churna (a mixture of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki) taken with honey twice a day is a great remedy for constipation. If you are diabetic so take this with warm water. 4. Taking a teaspoon of ghee mixed in a glass of hot milk before going to bed. 5. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated and improve bowel movement. 6. Cut down on alcohol, tea, and coffee since they can worsen constipation. 7. Regular physical exercise is a must for proper bowel movement. Pranayama and yoga are also beneficial. Yoga such as pavan muktasana, balasana, ardha matsyendrasana, and suptavajrasana are among the many yoga asanas that help relieve constipation.

U have not mentioned ur age,Take tab HAIRBLESS once a day,Redenser serum twice a day n wash with Revilus Shampoo on alternate days,Drink lot of water and eat Salad n Fruits avoid using oily n sugary foods and do regular exercise

I am a student my age is 21 years though I eat much I could nt gain weight. What can be dat reason behind this.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.
