Hi. M 31 years old female. How can I pregnant fast. Should I take 5 mg folic acid tablet for pregnancy. It is ok or harmful?

5 mg Folic acid is fine. But you can't fast track pregnancy. It will happen when it has to. Only 15% couples get pregnant within a single cycle. The remaining take up to 2 years, with everything being normal and with regular unprotected intercourse. So give yourself 6 months time. Take folic acid and if you are still not pregnant, you can see a specialist.

7.5 cm amniotic fluid index is on the lower side. You should take adequate rest, take a protein rich diet ,beetroot juice, do some light exercises dailyas it increases blood flow. You can take arginine sachet daily. Go for regular checkups and follow your doctor's advice.

Hi lybrate-user Am not able to understand the test you did. The only way to test if you are pregnant is by Urine at home or lab or Blood test in the lab. If in doubt, please have a proper test before it is too late. If you need help for PCOS, then that is a different situation, and will have to be handled separately. Please get a pregnancy test done and then proceed.

3.06 is a normal value of TSH. For how long you took this medication and perform the test. If it was more before and it reduced now after taking this medications .then you have to continue this medication in pregnancy and afterwords. It is necessary for the well being of child.

Hi In pregnancy my body parts are changed black color, neck, stomach, face why it happened.

M.B.S.(HOMEO), MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Visakhapatnam
Hi In pregnancy my body parts are changed black color, neck, stomach, face why it happened.
During pregnancy, melasma is referred to as chloasma gravidarum and colloquially, “the mask of pregnancy.” The skin condition causes brown or gray-brown patches to appear on the face usually in a symmetrical pattern. Although melasma can show up anywhere, it's common on the cheeks, upper lip, forehead and chin. Brown patches of pigmentation on your forehead, cheeks, and neck are known as chloasma, melasma or mask of pregnancy. Chloasma is caused by your body making extra melanin, the tanning hormone, which protects your skin against ultraviolet (UV) light. it's common for pregnant women to develop blotchy areas of darkened skin, commonly called the mask of pregnancy (but officially known as chloasma or melasma gravidarum). Women with darker complexions are more prone to this condition than women with lighter skin.

Role OF Stress and IVF

Stress, anxiety, and depression have been linked to lower IVF outcomes, and psychological intervention improves the chance of success. Paying attention to these factors will also improve interactions ofpatients and staff, and will help adjustment to the stresses of child rearing.Multiple pregnancies have been shown to cause considerable personal and marital stress. Early intervention may enhance the long-term well-being of these families.
