Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. Y * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hi thanks for posting your query. Yes that is true but that happens it the thyroid problem is not controlled. Just make sure that your tsh is in the normal range with the medication you are taking. If it is in normal range then no problems in having child.

37 mm cervical length is absolutely normal report and do not need any further tests for the same. Normal cervical length is more than or equal to 25mm. So there is or will not be any problem with your pregnancy. There is no need to take rest.

Respected sir, I am male of 28 years, I am suffering from generalized anxiety disorder since 11 months. Really fed up and getting difficulty in routine life always feeling dreamy, feeling light-headed, shock feeling in head, irritable bowels, depersonalization. But I am sleeping good after taking sleep medicine, eating good relaxing and left job, jogging. Will anxiety Go away on its own and how many more months my body will take to get recovered. Will it be for life time or what. Reply please I'm in a huge problem. Dear , anxiety disorder is not a disease. It is a disorder. Mental disorder not requires medicines. Psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation etc are enough to cure your problem. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Long standing cold may be due to allergy called Allergic Rhinitis. You may have to find the causative factor of allergy and avoid it if possible. A defect in nose like Deviated Nasal septum. Consult ENT Specialist for these complaints. For weakness etc. better see a consulting Physician as you may require a thorough clinical examination and wide variety of investigations which can throw more light on possible conditons.

Human needs only 3-4 litre water in a day. If your taking excess water then your body will react in form of frequent urination. Avoid over drinking.

Hi saurabh, since how long have you been on betacap tr 40? have you been suffering from constipation even before you started on betacap tr 40? it would have helped me suitably answer in particular had I had all the information in detail. Nevertheless, I would advise you to consult with your physician on this asap as your constipation could very well be a side effect of your current bp medication. Usually lactulose solutions like duphalac help clear off stubborn constipation as yours but I would prefer your consulting physician evaluate you clinically and prescribe as appropriate. Usually, however, constipation is caused owing to a faulty diet and irregular lifestyle. A couple of generic steps that you may take are as follows: (a) eat a simple and natural diet consisting of whole grain cereals, green leafy vegetables and fruits/ dry fruits e. G mango, grapes, papaya, tomato, pears, guava, gooseberry, fig, raisins et al as suitable. Make sure to chew your food properly and avoid drinking water in between. Although, fibre rich foods are usually recommended, please note that fibrous diet sometimes complicate the problem and especially in your case it is better that you avoid difficult to digest fibrous foods for sometime till the acute phase is over. (b) eat less of fatty, oily and strong foods. Restrict tea, coffee and sugary foods including carbonated beverages. (c) drink at least 6 - 8 glasses of water unless advised otherwise by your doc. (d) exercise daily - walking outside, in fresh air, is the best exercise. Its also the safest provided you are not having any joint problems or other health restrictions et al. In case you have a sedentary job, make sure you take regular breaks and walk around a little each time before getting back to work again. (f) daily abdominal massage/ exercises also help tone up the abdominal muscles that aid in emptying the bowels. Although, you can safely do the same yourself, I would advise you take help of a massage therapist to initially train yourself on the process and then you may practice it yourself. (g) after the meals/ dinner, one may try sitting in vajrasana for a couple of minutes. This aids in digestion, and in turn helps overcome constipation too. (h) avoid frequent use of purgatives/ laxatives unless advised by your family doc. (i) reduce mental stress and strain as much as possible. Practicing yoga & meditation would help you stay relaxed and focused. Hope this helps. Should your issue not resolve still, I would advise you to meet a competent gi specialist at the earliest and seek his/ her's opinion on this. Bbsr.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

You need to focus on healthy foods eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.
