Mr. lybrate-user, Diabetes can only be treated effectively with modern medicines. The drugs or various therapies advertised by alternate medical practices have very little role to play in treating diabetes. Unfortunately a lot lofty claims are made, but there are no supportive clinical studies. Sometimes, certain medications are used as a supportive or additional therapies. The real benefit is a big question mark. At best those are just supportive drugs. Thanks.

Binswangers disease is also called subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy. WhereasAlzheimers disease is a cortical dementia binswangers disease is a subcortical dementia. Brain has outer grey matter and inner white matter. Binswangers affects white matter. It is of vascular origin. Infarcts of blood vessels supplying white matter produces this disease. Language and calculation are affected later than in Alzheimers. Proper treatment of hypertension and diabetes prevents this disease. One should have proper exercise.

Hi there ~ maintaining a good sleep schedule may be helpful. There are some rules for sleep hygiene that will help with getting over the fact that your girlfriend is getting married and that you are heartbroken and this is just a passing phase. Do not linger in this" shit" if she has moved on you should too. Do not use over the counter medications or substances like alcohol to help you sleep. I will help with medication if you need to get over this passing phase.

Hello I think you are suffering from the lower back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. 6 Simple Exercises to Stop Neck Pain Fast

1.Neck Retraction – Bring the head straight back, keeping your eyes forward then return to a neutral position.

2.Head Drop – Tip your head back as far as it can comfortably go pointing your chin toward the ceiling. Return to a neutral position.

3.Side Bend – Reach over the top of your head with your left hand and gently pull your left ear to your left shoulder. Repeat for the right side.

4.Rotation – Turn your head to the left so that your nose is over your shoulder. Return to a neutral position. Repeat on the right side.

5.Flexion – Clasp your hands behind your head and guide the head down – bringing your chin toward your the chest.

6.Shoulder Blade Pull – Bend raised arms at 90 degree angles. Relax your shoulders and squeeze the muscles between the shoulder blades.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Hi Iram There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .

Pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food, stress less night sleep so take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. There was blood coming after urination from my penis, I searched for it n I found it was UTI URINARY TRACT INFECTION. So I took medication for it, but problem roused again. After some days I found that problem was there only when I ejaculate. After ejaculation this problem is rising. N its very painful while urinating. N my wife's also roused to 20000. Hi. It can be a UTI or STD or prostatitis if blood is typically seen after ejaculation. You require abstinence for 2 wks. Get your wife examined for STD by a gynaecologist. Get a urine routine and urine culture done. Also get semen analysis and semen culture done. Treatment will be based on reports. Drink lot of water. Kindly review back with reports.

In case you are taking some contraceptive pills for (21 days in a month) then additional intake of pills is not required. Otherwise, one has to take. However, those pills may have interaction with medicines you are taking now.

Hi lybrate-user never take supplementshere are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.
