Hi, take cap. Rectone 1-1-1 after food with buttermilk and tab. Anuloma ds 1-2 tabs at bedtime with hot water. Take tab. Bolabaddha ras 1-1-1 after food whenever there is bleeding after passing stools. Apply pilon ointment before and after passing stools. Consume high fiber diet and drink 2-3 litres of water per day.

It was found a cortical cyst at my left kidney with a size of 1.9x1.6 cm. But no symptoms or pain. Is it to be treated or can be ignored?

It all depends if you have any symptoms or not, but do not ignore it do visit a urologist. You may need to do certain test like kft test known as kidney fiction test.

Hello lybrate-user. Migraine treatment depends on the frequency and the severity of the attacks. If they are infrequent and occur less than two times a month and if they are not so severe for you then you can take pain killers during attack however If frequent or very severe then you need to take long term treatment or prophylaxis Apart from that you should be relaxed not to take stress on daily issues as stress can increase migraine. To have a good sleep every night Avoid places with bright light and loud sound. Like in parties with loud music. Certain foods like chocolate coffee may increase migraine, but that varies from patient to patient. You need to identify which foods increase your headache and avoid them. Sometimes smell can also increase headache. Yes migraine is controllable to a large extent. As I said if frequent and severe then you should consult a neurologist for long term treatment.

To improve the low body temperature use dietary supplements and give her almonds and walnuts after breakfast and boil milk with dried dates 4-5 in number till the milk is half then eat the dates and drink the milk if you can get pure saffron add to the milk while boiling but not more than 3-4 threads of it. masturbation is good for your sexual health and does not have any side effects. There is no standard or acceptable frequency for masturbation. If done correctly it can help you to increase the duration and strength of your erection and also help to prolong ejaculation. If you are masturbating just to ejaculate you run the risk of ejaculating too soon when you try to have intercourse with your partner. It is more important to give yourself time to enjoy the sensations and experience of masturbation. This can take between 30-45 minutes when done correctly with pelvic floor exercises. Best wishes.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

I used to follow a healthy lifestyle but sometimes if I go out of town. My routine gets changed, eating timing get somewhat changed. And obviously something unhealthy gets in. Like, aloo chat, golgappa, pizzas etc. I used to take them also in moderate amount, and also after having lunch or dinner I drink a glass of hot water. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1. The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes. Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2. Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3. Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4. Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5. Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Take electrolyte and plenty of fluid for avoid dehydration. If loose motion are more then 5 times a day and severe pain in stomach then only need to consult again otherwise don't worry about your problem. It will subside itself. Take proper and healthy diet.

Hi, Wash your face with Kusum Bathing Powder 3-4 times per day and apply Safrozan ointment once a day at bed time. Do this continuously for 3 months. Avoid intake of spicy and oil fried food.

5 to 12 times a week. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instill fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.
