Hello. Quick solution for weight loss is harmful for health so do not think about quick weight loss. If you will make your healthy life style then will be easy for you about weight loss. Both things are important for reducing weight. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its taking healthy diet. If you do not have time for exercise then always be active. Do not be lazy like whenever you feel you free then walk, exercise,yoga etc. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Maximum intake of water and green tea. Avoid sugar, fatty refined food. Eat lots of fruits and salad.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

*Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Start taking Aloevera juice daily two times empty stomach with water. Drink plenty of water daily atleast 2 L. Do shoulder rotation exercises clock wise and anti clockwise. Do practise SUKSHAM VYAAM. Its a type of yoga specially recommended for loosing fat from shoulders. Do oil message with TIL tail followed by fomentation to reduce pain to much extent.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Empty Calories" are the calories from solid fats and added sugars in foods and beverages. They add to total calories, but provide no vitamins or minerals. Allowing too many can fill your child up without supplying the nutrients they need. Empty calories can also add more calories than they need.

You should do belly exercise, don't take rice at night, and don't take oily food. You should go for brisk walk in the morning.
