The Way Out Of Persistent Sneezing, Cough, Asthma.

Dust allergy. Asthma. Sinusitis. Taking medicines, avoiding everything and yet no relief? you might be missing the hidden link.

Come every winter, and you start sneezing every morning? and the runny nose and may be even heaviness of head. Commonly known as'allergy' or in summers as 'dust allergy'.

If it's once in a while, you get through it with an anti allergic. What do you do when you have sneezing almost all through the season. Some patients might have advanced to have complaints all through the year even.

But if you have reached a stage where you or someone you know has exhausted all your options - use of anti allergic, like cetrizine's, avil's, or having done every surgery advised, removed your polyps, corrected the deviated nasal septum (dns), even removed tonsils if advised, you sit down to think why the problem has never reduced. The same is for recurrent sinusitis and tonsillitis, as well for asthma.

Sadly if you wud been saved of much trouble had you taken some time to understand that the climate or the dust could never be the cause of the problem, but only triggers. Otherwise every person walking around you should have been sneezing since he breathes the same air as you and if it is some food item then your family is mostly eating the same thing. So the cause can't be external. And that's what's the reason is. The change in your cell behaviour to external stimuli, esp when exaggerated is known as allergy. Without correcting this cell behaviour pattern, getting rid of this allergy could be a puzzle.

A few tips to find a real way out of allergy

1. Find out what changes in life could have triggered a change in body mechanics - meaning stress

2. Until then or if you don't find any stress - avoid exposures to triggering factors

3. Engage in stress relieving activities - sports, yoga, meditation or even hanging out with people you like and share your mind.

4. Homeopathy rectifies the cell behaviour and thereby provide longer lasting relief. The patient is challenged to resume taking fruits that he had stopped. Go out in open air which you would otherwise avoid.

Consult privately for an individualised evaluation.

I am suffering from a defect called sinus and I am a pollen allergic too. I am quite often to cold and fever and wanted to get rid of my defect Sir /Mam could you prescribe me something helpful?

Sinus problem is quite common with the allergy in the nose. First we have to rule out any structural problems in the nose, if there are none then we treat the allergy to cure the sinus problem.

Is sinusitis can be permanently cured after the treatment even if it is heredity?

Mbbs, Ent dnb
ENT Specialist, Anantapur
Dear lybrate-user Sinusitis is a conditioned disease. Certain factors trigger the disease and so once we get rid of those triggers we can be away from disease for longer periods with larger intervals. Moreover you have good options for treatment of sinusitis in homeopathy and Ayurveda too. But when you are having acute attacks pleas take allopathy medication and control infection and then go back to homeopathy or Ayurveda. If you have chance then consult a good Ent doctor near you to know the causes of sinusitis in your nose because deviated septum etc conditions are triggers and know the health of your sinuses. Get well soon.

Inhaled medicines are the best way to take treatment for asthma. If right doses are used and proper precautions are taken, these are very very safe.

I am 30 years old and I am suffering from bronchitis I want to know about this disease. What it is, how it happens, it' s actual causes etc

MD PULMONARY, DTCD
Pulmonologist, Faridabad
Most of the time asthmatics are lebeled as bronchitis. If reccurent brearhlessness with cough and wheeze, you are most likly ashamatic. Get an spirometry done to confirm it. Asthma is hyperresponsive airways to external factors like pollens. Dust etc.

I feel really happy for you guys who have guts to digest the truth that habitual smoking is an addiction and I am very much sure that guys like you although understand the disatrous effectss of habitual smoking but out of their craving or compulsion are unable to do so. But I wll try to figure out a clear picture in front of you and let you decide how to quit this habit as I think you are strong enough to quit this habit as you have a strong mind to accept this addiction.-----consult me----- homoeopathic treatment for sinusitis--------------------- r-49 drops (dr reckeweg) drink 20 drops 3 times daily in 20 ml fresh water----------------- lemna minor 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 5 drops direct on tongue 3 times daily-------------------- in acute attacks take---------------- booume 27 or pollinosan drops (bioforce) hold 10 drops direct on tongue for 10 seconds and then swallow it.
