Avoid sugar, jagary,honey, sweets,sweet fruits. Exercise regularly and take your meals and medicines as advised by your doctor.

Hi, thyroid disorder is not only the reason for weight gain, you need to rule out other causes of weight gain also. Secondly, its important to keep your thyroid levels under normal levels, so get your thyroid profile done.

Hi as per your query you can take radish, milk (low fat), if you feel dehydrated then you can take lemon water, cocconut water, protein rich diet, do regularly morning walk, yoga, meditation.

1.Take plenty of water daily. 2.Avoid high protien diet like Pulses,cheese ,curd etc. 3.Use copper vessel for drinking water. 4.Drink giloy juice.That is good for uric acid.

Hello,please share your TSH level so that i can advice you medication accordingly and for now you you should take BC no 27,5 tabs thrice daily and Alpha MP 15 drops with warm water twice daily.

●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil  ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats  ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and also take medication for cardiac problems.

I have uric acid problem since many years level is between 8 to 8.5 homeopathic treatment doing but level is not coming down. I am having normal diet even going for daily walking 30 minutes. Please advice me if any suitable treatment.

1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn 2. Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, spinach, beans, peas 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc 4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily 5. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks, excess sweets cakes/cookies 6. Reduce weight if overweight 7. Take medicine after consulting physician.
