It is very much curable if treated earlier. These days chronic stress due to our life style and work demand feeling stressful, burnt out might lead of depression. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You couldd google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. I will suggest you to take tablet oroferxt twice a day for two weeks and follow up with finding and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi, menstruation has no connection with bleeding from anus. However, recurrence of bleeding may require thorough investigation, it may b hamhorrhoid. Tk, plenty of water to regularise metabolism and to keep, your bowel movement regular. Tk, diet, easily digestible, non-irritant, simple, on time. Tk, apples, carrots, cheese, papaya, milk, spinach, almonds, walnuts, regularly. You should remain in rest during menstruation. Tk homoeo medicne/ @ nux vom30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ sepia 200-6 pills, at bed time. Ensure sound sleep in d night. Avoid, junkfood, caffeine, conteminated water. Tk care.

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. We have 2 kids. The little one is 2 years old. My wife is 35. She is averse to any kind of foreplay. She does not like being touched or kissed on breast, on vagina, or on lips. She believes that all the above acts along with lip kissing are unhygienic. She does not allow oral sex. She seems least interested towards sex. She believes that having sex twice a week is too much. Relax dear lybrate user. This happens in many families. Generally breast-feeding mothers have less hormone levels in their bodies which reduce their sexual desire. Once the breast milk stopped secretion they get thier menstrual cycle fully resumed and sexual hormones start functioning. In your case, the problem may be arising from various sources; 1. Due to stress caused by nursing two little kids. 2. Lack of knowledge of sexual intercourses. 3. Due to aversion caused by poor oral hygeine (e. G. Smoking, alcohol, tobaco chewing etc. If you have), 4. Due to the fear of infection to the child. 5. Some indian women possess an attitude that after having adequate children, sex should not be given that importance. My suggestions are; on your part 1. If you have such bad habits, make her believe that you have foreshaken all the habits that she dislikes. 2. If your wife enjoys direct penetration work without foreplays, while doing penetration, if you have patience, you can gently taste or kiss or whatever you want to do (without stopping hip movements), on her part she may be sex-educated by a counsellor. If she denies, you can provide her with a good book on healthy sexual practices available in the market, by a qualified sexologist.

Hello regular exercises r helpfull even after having your medicine. Take high protien nd low carbohydrate nd low fat. Take natural calcium with vit d content fruits. Exercise antibending exercise. Homoeopathic medicine are benecial for it. Take kali bichrome 200 bd for 3 days.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include whole grains, pulses, seeds, nuts, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Hi lybrate-user. Only exercise will not help you to loose belly fat, you need to keep a close eye on your dietary habits. Timely nutrition rich meals will work effectively to get rid of belly fat. Start virgin coconut oil 2 spoons in a day, it helps in loosing belly fat.

I am getting anger without any reason and I shout on my kids and husband daily and sometime I hit my kids with silly reasons. I don't know what had happened to me. I am feeling alone. My husband does not spend time with me even in weekends he will not be in home. He enjoy himself with Friends. But he is not taking care of family. She has had menopause or is heading towards it, her cycle might be low or heavy due to hormonal changes. Do write details-low and delayed or heavy and erratic. Continue treatment for bp. Get ultrasound of abdomen done on empty stomach. Get basic tests for heart like- ecg, echo, stress test (if she can tolerate) blood for sugar and total lipids. Reduce weight the healthy way by giving up sugar and sweets, fats and oils. Do not reduce good fats like spoon of pure ghee/ butter and a katori of assorted nuts to get proteins and good fats ,every day her demand for calcium is more, she needs to take toned milk and curds. Walking is best exercise to reduce weight besides yoga and meditation.
