Heena can leave your hair dry if you use it too frequently. Using it twice a month is okay. But make sure you massage your scalp with good oils regularly.

D not getting period may be sign of pregnancy. Get your urine tested for pregnancy, kits are available at chemist shop, you can test it at home. If test comes negative means there in no pregnancy then relax thanks to your god. If it comes positive it means you r pregnant. Good luck.

5 Effective Home Remedies To Treat Fungal Infection In Nails!

If you are experiencing symptoms such as swelling, inflammation, thickening, yellowing and crumbling of your nails, toenail fungus or onychomycosis is indicated. This is a very common problem, which is usually painless, unless the infection gets spread. The fungus thrives under certain conditions like abnormal levels of pH in the skin, a weak immune system, poor hygiene, diabetes and a continuous exposure to moist or damp environment. If not treated properly, toenail fungus can lead to cracking, splitting or total loss of your toenail. There are various ways of treating fungal infections in the nails. Some of them are as follows:

  1. Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil contains antiseptic and antifungal properties, which help in treating toenail fungus. You need to mix some drops of tea tree oil with coconut oil and olive oil. Using a piece of cotton, apply the mixture on your affected nail, keep it for 10 minutes and scrub off the nail with a toothbrush. For ideal results, you must repeat this process more than twice regularly.

  2. Baking Soda: Baking soda is a commonly used remedy for fungal infections in your nails. It also helps in neutralizing foot odor. Add baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and Epsom salt in hot water, add vinegar to the mixture and soak your affected nail in the solution. After this, wash your feet with water. Repeat the procedure twice a day for several weeks.

  3. White Vinegar: This is an ideal ingredient for the treatment of toenail fungus. It helps in restoring the pH balance of the skin and fights against infections. Add one part of white vinegar to warm water and soak your affected toenail in it for about 10 minutes. After this, you must wash it off. Carry out the process twice a day for effective results.

  4. Oil of Pregano: Oil of oregano is considered effective because of its antibacterial, antiviral, analgesic and antiseptic properties. It is an ideal way for treating fungal infections in your nails. Mix oregano oil with olive oil, apply the solution on your nails and leave it for over 30 minutes. Repeat the process thrice a day for good results.

  5. Listerine Mouthwash: Listerine mouthwash is another important home remedy for treating fungal infections in the nails. This mouthwash contains certain compounds along with alcohol, which have very strong antiseptic properties and help in eliminating harmful fungi and bacteria from your nails. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Data show people with a high-normal resting heart rate of 80 to 99 beats per minute had shorter lifespans than those whose BPM ranged from 60 to 69, but researchers suggested increased physical activity may mitigate the effect. The study, presented at the World Heart Federation's World Congress of Cardiology & Cardiovascular Health, showed being active was associated with longer survival, and researchers said exercise may reduce the overlooked risk of a high-normal resting heart rate.

Hello dear. First of all instead of pills go for some therapies r meditation. Anxiety Buster #1: Start Deep-Breathing If you're not focused on how to calm your body through slow, intentional belly-breathing, you're missing out. Belly-breathing is free, location independent, and easy to implement. 1. Sit with your eyes closed and turn your attention to your breathing. Breathe naturally, preferably through the nostrils, without attempting to control your breath. 2. Be aware of the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. Place one hand on your belly, and the other on your chest. Take a deep breath for a count of four. Hold your breath for a count of three. Exhale for a count of four. The hand on your belly should go in as you inhale, and move out as you exhale. 3. Concentrate on your breath and forget everything else. Your mind will be very busy, and you may even feel that the meditation is making your mind busier, but the reality is you're just becoming more aware of how busy your mind is. 4. Resist the temptation to follow the different thoughts as they arise, and focus on the sensation of the breath. If you discover that your mind has wandered and is following your thoughts, immediately return it to the breath. 5. Repeat this as many times as necessary until your mind settles on the breath. Don't wait to begin belly-breathing. The sooner you make this a daily habit, the quicker you'll feel relaxed. When you implement belly-breathing, you start the day in a here-and-now state. Better yet, you're not wasting time worrying about the future, or reliving the past. Anxiety Buster #2: Meditate instead of Medicate Calm is an inside job. Give yourself the gift of serenity and start the day with ten minutes of solitude and positive energy. Think calm, measured and open-minded, and your daily activities will correspond. Anxiety Buster #3: Practice Self-Care Get a massage, a mani-pedi, or a haircut. Nothing says polished and well-maintained like a sexy, healthy glow. If money is tight, look for a discount salon or a training school which offers quality services for people on a budget. So they don't serve peppermint tea on a silver tray -- close your eyes and imagine that five-star service while you take in the pampering you deserve. Anxiety Buster #4: Eliminate Soda That morning jolt of joe can jumpstart your day and provide warmth and comfort, but anything with high fructose corn syrup and 177 other ingredients will not. If you're accustomed to that 3: 00 p.m. Dr. Pepper, switch it out for a soothing green tea. Not only does the caffeine jack up your central nervous system, soda depletes vitamins and minerals from your diet and wreaks havoc on your smile. Teeth become susceptible to cavities when the acid level of your saliva falls below a certain point. If you drink soda all day, the outer layers of your teeth begin to lose minerals and cavities form. Many dental plans do not cover root canals + you'll end with a huge bill. Chances are no matter where you live, there's a serene, interesting and charming place within a couple hours. Anxiety Buster #8: Go to Bed Early This may sound impossible if you're accustomed to staying up late to catch up on the To-Do list. But this one's a MUST. Sleep deprivation is a huge anxiety culprit. Inadequate shuteye can amplify the brain's anticipatory reactions, upping overall anxiety levels, according to research. "We all have anticipatory anxiety, explains researcher Fugen Neziroglu. "Having moderate levels of anxiety about doing well is important. But it can be destructive when it begins to interfere with your life. It's impossible to have healthy emotional functioning without adequate sleep. Don't burn the midnight oil in hopes of catching up on the weekends. Unused sleep minutes don't roll over. Anxiety Buster #9 Wake up 15 Minutes Early Like most anxious people, you're probably rushing around in the morning and yelling at everyone in your wake, "Hurry up! We're going to be late! Go slowly, and set yourself up for a relaxed day ahead. If you start to worry about the To-Do list, take a deep breath and think, There is enough time. Anxiety Buster #10: Get Your Lavender On! Lavender oil has many healing properties and can be used as a natural remedy to reduce anxiety and other nervous conditions. There are many ways to incorporate lavender into your calm tool kit: 1. Add essential lavender oil to your bath water for a calming bath. Use water infused with lavender leaves to soothe painful joints and muscles. 2. Fall asleep quicker when you add a few drops to a tissue and place under your pillow. 3. Use lavender in an oil diffuser to help with insomnia. The sweet woody smell of the lavender oil helps you to fall asleep and stay asleep. 4. For headaches, apply lavender oil to a cotton ball or your fingertips and massage slowly into your temples. The smell will relax you as the oil eases your headache. 5. Lavender is used in aromatherapy massage as a muscle relaxant. Massage the oil into the skin and unknot the muscles of the back and reduce spasms. 6. Lavender can be used as an expectorant. It breaks up the mucous from nasal and chest congestion that accompanies a cold. 7. Inhale lavender oil to help with pain management, especially after a workout, a therapy session, or surgery. Anxiety Buster #11: Reduce Caffeine, Sugar and Processed Foods From Your Diet Caffeine can cause heart palpitations if you ingest too much. Caffeine also can trigger panic or anxiety attacks, especially if you have an anxiety disorder. Hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar, can also cause palpitations. Sugar acts as an adrenal stimulant and can cause anxiety or even panic attacks. Other offensive foods include those containing refined flour products, and even wheat since this causes inflammation. Besides caffeine, and sugar, food allergies are a big contributing factor in your overactive central nervous system. Do this step along with #12. Anxiety Buster #12: Go Green! Diet affects anxiety. A morning glass of green juice can get you on the right side of calm. For a different and delicious way to get your daily vegetables try this recipe: Combine one banana or green apple, a bunch of kale, sliced ginger, one lime, cucumber slices, a few ice cubes, and a cup of water to a blender or juicer. For added protein, add an egg, yogurt, nuts, or protein powder.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. snoring may be due to nasal problems,sleep position,alcohol consumption,due to over weight and increase cholesterol.do exercise regularly,if,you taking alcohol then avoid it,do exercise maintain proper weight,raised you head of your bed,lying on your back allow your tongue to fall backward into throat narrowing airway and partially obstructing air flow.try to sleep on your side.quit smoking.if you have nasal obstruction and congestion then take treatment for same.

I am suffering from typhoid. What are the precautions should I take to get recover. What are the food items that I have to avoid eating.

Treatment 1. Consult doctor with blood report like widal/typhidot test. 2. If it is typhoid, you have to take a full course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 3. Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Avoid meat/poultry/egg 4. Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, milk 5. Take adequate rest (4 fold risein h &oantigen titer>1: 160, negative test does not rule out typhoid h&o antigen will gradually decrease after 6 months. O agglutinin appear early and h appears later and lasts longer. Typhidot test (igg/igm, rapid detection,) prevention typhoid is a bacterial infection affecting the gastrointestinal system and is due to fecal contamination of food, milk and water. It can be prevented by 1. Avoiding contaminated food and water/milk from out side sources like junk food etc 2 use purified drinking water and have warm home made food, 3. Avoid fly contamination of food, maintain food hygiene 4, properlyl wash your hands before taking food 5. Wash vegetable, fruit before consuming.

Which means you need to add another nebulizer regime and get detailed evaluation why it is not improving. There would be some trigger in home or in habits which is making cough to stay more like sweet cold food. Preservatives containing food like ketchup vinegar etc. Yellow fruits. Citrus food. Dust smoke powder soft toys. Playing in dust etc. Regards.

Hi. Hair fall is very common now a days in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet. Regulate your daily activities, stress, sleep, drink lots of water, eat vegetable and fruits. And do some exercise daily. Apply tugain 5% lotion on scalp. Biotin salt will help. Dandruff is a type of infection of scalp which can be many type. Better is to avoid oil in scalp and wash with any ketoconazole shampoo. It will definitely help you.
