Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic (wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Hai Dr, am having severe pain on my wisdom teeth which already permanently filled. Still am having pain at nyt n sometimes at day tym too. One week continuously I had dolo. But still pain. Dr. said no root canal option effective n wait till pain get worse. When Dr. check with his tooth stick n beat on my teeth I didn't feel any pain. That is y he said to wait. Please get an radio graph done, to see for any pathology or pulpal exposure, and if the pain still persists ask your dentist your remove the filling and give you a temporary dressing, and if the pain still persists you need to either get a RCT done or extraction since its 3rd molar.

If you haven't had a professional diagnosis yet then please don't say that you have depression because the thought sits in the mind and takes deep roots and even if you didn't have depression you will start showing symptoms of it gradually. Please get a proper diagnosis from a psychiatrist and also see a counsellor for cbt therapy meant for reducing the rumination and irrational and unhealthy thoughts and beliefs about self others and various situations. Eating a healthy and we'll balanced diet is an important recovery tool from depression as the brain and mind both function well if it received enough lean proteins, vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids. Adequate amount of exercise release natural anti depressants like serotonin, tryptophan and norepinephrin in the brain to maintain mental and emotional equilibrium. Sleeping regularly for 7-8hours is a must for the body and mind to recover from daily stress. Learning how to deal and cope with tough life situations is very important so that you feel confident of living the life of your choice. Having a healthy social circle and a satisfying hobby is important for feelings of accomplishment and acceptance in the society.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10..Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

hi, Symptoms of thyphoid:-poor appetite; abdominal pain; generalized aches and pains; fever, often up to 104 F; headaches; lethargy (usually only if untreated); intestinal bleeding or perforation (after two to three weeks of the disease); diarrhea or constipation. You should go for widal test to confirm the diagnosis.

1. Sweet Potato

Hi lybrate-user, I think you want to say that there is pain in abdomen after one wk or 10 days after your periods. Usually its ovulation pain which is usually nor severe. If so you can consult you doctor and it will be relieved easily.

I'm 43 years old having back pain since 3 months after digonise it is a l4 l5 bulge n sciatica pain said Dr. Now after a one month medicine still mild pain is there on right leg lower back. Done physiotherapy for 2 days they said no pain so no therepy just do some stretch excerise it vll be ok they said. Will it get normal or surgery is necessary I used to drive for long journey by road gym walking please suggest.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

If you follow ayurveda principles, you may get response soon clean stomach, intestines with tarunikusumakar chooran 1/2 tsp + shivakshar paachan chooran 1 tsp twice a day with warm water for three days. Then once every week at night. Start high iron diet and greens. Raw milk and saffron powder mixed in it for under eye/ circles massage. Keep overnight, wash normally in the morning. Then start taking organic amla powder, manjishtha powder and daruhaldi powder for taking with honey for a month. Also some'raktashodhak' liquid medicines. Pranayam, meditation, walks is must. Report every fortnight.

The shifting type of pain in abdomen mostly due to Indigestion,gastric origin,spicy/oily food. Dear herbal medicines can help u to remove kidney stones . But it depends on size and no of stones. So pls send ur USG reports. B/W 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water, etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 8. Take 60 grams of kidney beans. Crush these. Boil slowly for four hours in four litres of water. This liquid should be strained through fine muslin and then allowed to cool for about eight hours. Then, pour the liquid through another piece of muslin, without stirring. Drink this liquid once daily. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day.
