When should the fruits like apple, papaya, banana eat in day? Should they eat at different times or at one time? Also what after what time should I eat next food and either it should be lunch dinner or breakfast?

Hye Thanks for the query. Fruits are to be eaten when the body needs an instant and sustained source of energy. Eating a fruit as an early morning snack or before/ after sport or activity or play or to break a long gap between meals is a good idea. The next meal can be taken after an hour or so of eating a fruit. Always eat seasonal and local fruits.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

It's good to apply talc after bath, and it doesn't affect any functioning if you apply it anywhere.

Dear , glad to know that you are in sports and gym both ie a perfect blend of cardio and weight training exercises. Keep it up. For your kind of sports you need to have a gd low fat high protein food which will help you with the amino acids requiring for body building. You also need to know the timings of having these high protein foods. What you eat before your workout will also have an impact on your muscle mass.

Losing Weight is not possible only by any tablet s.need to get into proper routine balanced diwt to maintain ideal body weightt and regular exercise. Increase fibre rich food s like salads. Smoothes. Fruits. Sprouts.in diet small frequent meals.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hye, Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai.  Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye.  Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi.  Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai.  Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se  badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi.  Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore, research conducted by professors brian wansink and koert van ittersum at cornell university suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

hello , take high protrin and high calorie diet . take milk and milk products.have small ans frequent meals. do cycling and stretching exercise alternate days. take banana shake, strawberry shake. take after dinner any sweet item. take soya milk , sprouts, soya beans,whole pulses,paneer,egg white, lean meat.

Include fresh fruit juices in your daily diet to add a few pounds. Be sure while choosing the juice, as calorie rich fruit will be more effective.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. to gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals(high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. you will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Hi add more protein in your diet like soyabean ,sattu with milk ,sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, eggs. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. Do some basic workout every day. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning.
