Hello Lybrate User, Body heat, also known as heat stress, is a common health problem caused by exposure to high temperatures. It occurs when the body is not able to cool itself enough to keep its temperature within the normal range of 36.5–37.5 degrees Celsius 97.7–99.5 degrees Fahrenheit. The body normally cools off by sweating, but sometimes sweating is not sufficient and the temperature keeps rising. Factors like very hot and humid weather, spending too much time in the sun, wearing tight clothing, strenuous workouts or physical exercise and certain medical conditions may cause this health problem. Homeopathic medicines are having better results, along with follow this tips - * Cool water - As soon as you notice an increase in body temperature, drink a tall glass of cool water. Then, sip some cool water every 15 minutes. This will help prevent dehydration. * coconut water - it loaded with nutrients that help lift your energy.Drink a glass of tender coconut water. * Eat watermelon. * Indian gooseberry, also known as amla, is a richest source of Vitamin C that helps reduce body heat. If you want to take Homeopathic treatment consult me privately. Take care.

By birth uric acid can not be higher than normal. You must get treatment of both high uric acid as well as cholesterol. At the same time you get treatment for liver because liver dysfunction may cause rise of these elements. You also take care of your meal. For cholesterol avoid fry, fatty & fast foods. For uric acid preferably be vegetarian, avoid protein diet also leguminus foods like dal products.

Meal timings and composition both are important to gain weight. Headache might be possible due to lack of proper nutrients or some kind of inflammation . Dietary supplement helps a lot to cure it

Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite. So that I can suggest you medicine.

Hi, bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Also, take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month.

Hi lybrate user, you mentioned having protrusion of intervertebral disc l3-4, it is important to understand the disease & prognosis first. Having protrusion is not a normal phenomenon, it occurs due to weakness of posterior part of disc (mainly annulus fibrosus, causing central gelly part nucleus to leak/ protrude backward) either due to trauma or degeneration of body due to age or lifestyle. Most of patients get relief from pain in 2-3 weeks time with conservative management (rest, medication, physio), but the main problem of disc bulge never gets healed unless some intervention is done inside. Your nucleus does not go back, neither your weak/ broken fibre of annulus gets repaired on its own. Your pain might have gone or reduced but let me assure you, your disc protrusion will remain there, till something is done (take mri after 6 months or 1 year & you will find protrusion still there),& if nothing is done you will be always prone to develop extrusion or further foraminal / canal stenosis. If you play sports make sure you take opinion from either orthopedician/ interventional pain specialist who can assess how likely your protrusion can aggravate depending upon current mri. We can not say with 100% surety batting, bowling or fielding will cause further aggravation, even sudden forward bending can aggravate it & even dive during cricket fielding might not cause aggravation. Advise would be take opinion on which activity can be easily done & which activity needs precaution. Try building back muscles, which will nit only protect spine but also distribute load from disc to other parts, mainly muscles. Hope it helps.
