How should I prevent from getting cyst on face? How to reduce the cyst if I already got it?

MBBS, Diploma In Dermatology & Venerology & Leprosy (DDVL)

Pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing, if you want medicine than, I will prescibe, like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash.

Athlete's Foot - 7 Alternative Remedies For You!

MBBS

Athlete's Foot - 7 Alternative Remedies For You!

Athlete’s foot, also called tinea pedis, is an infectious bacterial fungal contamination that affects the skin on the feet and can spread to the toenails and in some cases to the hands as well. The fungal disease is called athlete’s foot, since it is ordinarily found in athletes. Athlete’s foot is not that serious, however, sometimes it is difficult to cure. In case you have diabetes or a week immune system and suspect that you have athlete’s foot, you need to call your specialist or doctor immediately.

Regardless, here are few alternative ways to treat athlete’s foot:

  1. Tea tree oil: Tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia) has been used as an option for treating athlete’s foot with some success. 50% of the solutions of tea tree oil successfully treated this disease in 64% of the trial members. Put 40 drops of organic tea tree oil to a footbath and dip your feet for 10 minutes. Later, while drying the feet, rub a couple of drops of the oil directly on the affected area. Tea tree oil has properties that will stop the growth in vigorously affected zones and prevent it from spreading to unaffected areas, although tea tree oil can also bring about skin dermatitis in a few people.
  2. Ozonated olive oil: Using ozonated olive oil can likewise help with athlete's foot. Use the glue to swab your spotless, dry feet every morning and night. This will clear up the growth within just two to four days and can be used as a preventive measure against future flare-ups.
  3. Soaking your feet: Soak your feet in two tablespoons of Himalayan Crystal salt and half a glass of organic apple cider vinegar solution and blend it with some warm water. This makes an exceptionally acidic environment in which the parasite cannot live. You can then wipe your feet with a cotton cloth. You can also wipe down the inner parts of shoes to keep the growth from sticking there.
  4. Swab with cotton: Sesame and raw virgin coconut oil have anti-bacterial properties and can be used specifically to the feet. Swab it generously on clean dry feet with a cotton ball twice every day.
  5. Yogurt: Yogurt containing dynamic bacterial organisms is exceptionally successful in battling fungal infections like athlete’s foot. The live acidophilus bacteria present in plain yogurt keeps the contagious and bacterial infections in check.
  6. Room for air: A warm and moist environment is bad for fungal infections. Go barefoot when you are not in a damp area, and while going out wear shoes or open-toed shoes. You may not be enthusiastic about flaunting your feet during this condition. However, it might be worthwhile if it means that they will heal faster this way.
  7. Soak your feet in PVPI: Povidone-iodine (PVPI) is usually known by its principle image name, Betadine. It is a medicine used to treat and heal fungal wounds. It is additionally used in skin disease treatments and is a very effective bactericide. It is useful to battle yeasts, molds and parasites, in addition to other things. Soaking your feet in Betadine can help you get rid of athlete’s foot.

If it is interfering with your work or personal life, or affecting your sleep or appetite, consult a Psychiatrist immediately. Anger issues are usually an indication of an underlying problem which needs to be addressed further.

I am 18 years old. I have pimple on my face from three years please perceived me medicine and any cream and a face wash.
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.
