Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Hi lybrate-user, There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your health condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. Your BMI is 19. 8 kg/m², which makes your weight normal. Normal BMI is between: 18.5–24.9 kg/m². I would be happy to help you

How to build muscle and what are the good foods help me to get good physical body.

Masters
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
How to build muscle and what are the good foods help me to get good physical body.
Take green tea for boost your metabolic system in the morning with fibrous biscuits. Before go to gym or go for exercise, take an Apple or Fruit Juice like Apple, Orange juice. Which is Carbohydrate rich and make you free from Exertion. After gymming or exercising take a glass of Banana Shake with Breakfast, and in Breakfast one or two eggs as Egg Sandwitch or Egg roll etc. Means for good muscle and good body you can consume Protein rich diet in the form of Dairy and Egg or meat or chicken products do not consume processed food it gives high cholesterol, liver disease and or heart related problems. Carbohydrated rich food means Complex Carbs consumption like Wheat Chapati 4-5 in a day instead of refind floor, whole fruits, salad carbs rich as well as Fibrous rich. Use functional foods like cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, cumin seed powder, ajwain powder fenugreek seed powder. Instead of taking Raw Salt. If my answer is helpful and want to know more please reply and give your feedback. Thank You!

With little work I get tired. Kindly prescribed some medicine. Should I use zincovit?

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS

1. Rule out health problems. Fatigue is a common symptom of many illnesses, including diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, anemia, thyroid disease, and sleep apnea. Many medications can contribute to fatigue. These include some blood pressure medicines, antihistamines, diuretics, and other drugs. 2. Get moving The last thing you may feel like doing when you’re tired is exercising. But many studies show that physical activity boosts energy levels. Exercise has consistently been linked to improved vigor and overall quality of life.People who become active have a greater sense of self-confidence. But exercise also improves the working efficiency of your heart, lungs, and muscles. That’s the equivalent of improving the fuel efficiency of a car. It gives you more energy for any kind of activity. 3. Strike a pose. Although almost any exercise is good, yoga may be especially effective for boosting energy. After six weeks of once-a-week yoga classes, volunteers in a British study reported improvements in clear-mindedness, energy, and confidence. 4. Drink plenty of water. Dehydration zaps energy and impairs physical performance. 5. Get to bed early. Lack of sleep increases the risk of accidents and is one of the leading causes of daytime fatigue. The solution: Get to bed early enough for a full night’s sleep 6. Eat fish. Good for your heart, omega-3 oils may also boost alertness. 7. Keep time with your body clock. Some people get a burst of energy first thing in the morning. They're often called morning larks. Night owls are people who are at their best at the end of the day. These individual differences in daily energy patterns are determined by brain structure and genetics, so they can be tough to change. Instead, become aware of your own circadian rhythms. Then schedule demanding activities when your energy levels are typically at their peak. 8. Shed extra weight. Losing extra weight can provide a powerful energy boost Some people may benefit by eating smaller meals more frequently during the day. This may help to steady your blood sugar level. Favor whole grains and other complex carbohydrates. These take longer than refined carbohydrates to digest, preventing fluctuations of blood sugar. FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE
