Hello lybrate user. Drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and junk foods, don't sleep immediately after taking food. Take food high in fiber content. Take care.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Kindly do not think like this this problem can be solved Hello, This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas/ constipation or gastroenteritis You can take 1.Tablet Meftal Spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 Mg before food once a day for 2-3 days.. and follow care advises given below .Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food Take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti pain is on which side of abdomen ? also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not ? so that we can reach diagnosis Consult Physician

yes it should be because of gases & acidity more likely .some chances of spine problem too. do pavanmuktasan it will help u great in both cases. if pain persist then get done X ray .

Hi doc. Actualy mujhe digestion problem hai bhot zyada. Mai kuCch bhi khata hu ya pani bhi peeta hu vo meri chest pe aake hi irritate krne lgta hai yani comfortably digest nhi hota. Picchle 1 year se mai bhot pareshan hu. Mujhe kis chiz ka test karvana chaiye? please tell asap.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

My son aged 20 years suspected to be affected with" crohn's. After ct scan. What is this crohn's & its implications on a youngster? gastroenterologist advices colonoscopy & tissue culture (biopsy). Is this required even after cts. Is this curable in homeo without undergoing colonoscopy?

Hi , yes we have excellent medicines in homoeopathy to cure this problem. But medicines depends upon the symptoms. May I know which type of symptoms he is having now? one more thing colonoscopy is the endoscopic examination of large intestine and distal part of small intestine for proper diagnosis. That is not a treatment process.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and 90% of cases feel better after following this.

In Diabetes metabolism is hamperd; So you may have the symptoms because of diabetes and indigestion. Consult ayurvedic physician and take ayurvedic medicines for indigestion and diabetes along with your oral hypoglycemic medicines. Get diabetic diet chart from the doctor and follow sincerely. Do exercise regularly especially suryanamaskara and pavanmuktasan. Drink hot water whenever you feel thirsty. Avoid nonveg at night. Avoid dinner after 9 pm.

Dear lybrater for gas acidity bloating. First of all diet will need some modifications. 1. Take food at proper time. Never miss a breakfast. Eat slowly and chewing well. 2. Have proper regular sleep. 3. No smoking. 4. Regarding food please take salad. Fruits. Any thing prepared by boiling, steam cooking or pressure cooking. Ie our rice chapatti and side dishes and other home made food are ok 5. Avoid food prepared in ovens like cake biscuits. Avoid anything deep or shallow fried. 6. Too much nuts and dry fruits should be avoided. Avoid too much butter cheese. No pickles. Try replacing dinner with salad and fruit 7. Limit coffee and tea to 2 a day. 8. Walk 45 min covering 4 km daily.
