Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day - avoid exposure to cold weather, dust & smoke - have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid all cold fluids & aerated drinks - take tablet Sinarest, 1 tab three times a day - get investigations done blood CBC, absolute eosinophil count, x-ray chest & paranasal sinuses -consult a doctor to find the exact cause & treatment.

After I masturbate the top part of my penis swells up. This goes away after some time. I am masturbating after a gap of over a month due to a recent testicular blow. I am on rejunuron OD medication now. Is it because of that? Please help. This did not use to happen earlier. Also a number of thick veins on my penis are visible now.

Don't take oily food and fast food. Take 3-4 ltrs water. At that moment you take a medicine. Calc. Pic - 200/ 2-3 drops twice daily in empty stomach for 1 month. Clean you face properly with oil control face wash twice daily. Then use rose water.

To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. I recommends the following basic principles to keep in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. You can vary the intensity depending on your capacity. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. Eating a handful of pumpkin or flaxseeds is a good way to give your body the fat intake it needs. Though junk foods like vada pav or burgers are loaded with calories, they only increase body fat and not muscle mass which is not the right way to go about. Here is a healthy weight gain diet plan which includes the right foods one should consume to put on kilos in a healthy manner. But along with this, you also need to engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day. It is also essential to have at least 6-8 glasses of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. You must never stop medication without the doctor's advice. Also. Ideally, you should be on medication and counseling and if you are episode-free for three years, you can be weaned off of it but always with the approval of the doctor. Counseling is very important together​ with medication.

I got hurt in my leg by a nail. I applied turmeric powder and bleeding stopped in 20 seconds. I took a pain killer tablet and after a few hours applied ice on it and then voveran emulgel. Pain has reduced but slight swelling continues. Please advise Thanks and regards

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.
