1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep at night. Take shirshooladi vajra ras two times a day with warm water. Pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Hi, as mentioned there are some reports suggesting that using ladies finger (okra) does help in reducing blood sugar, but these are only studies in rats in laboratory. So extrapolating that effect on to human being is not good. It is a good green vegetable, gives vitamins, potassium and fibers etc. But as a treatment for diabetes it is not supported by any clinical studies. One can consume it in good quantity because it is a good vegetable.

For headache instill 3-3 drops of badam tail in each nostril three times in a day for three days. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better health in a short period of time. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily and spicy food 4) avoid late night sleeping habits. A) take one tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals daily. B) take trifala juice 60 ml 15 -15 ml of honey and ghee along with 50 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep daily. Do it for fifteen days and give your valuable feedback. Thanks.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after. avoid stress. take balanced diet, do regular exercise. inform if not ok.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Too much precautions 1. Don't eat sweet, fattty oily food 2. Always wear sleeper or sandle in foot to prevent foot injury 3. Eat schedule should be fixed. Breakfast at 8am, lunch at 1pm, dinner at 8pm 4. Use sugar free gold instead of sugar in tea, coffee or any other food 5. Regular exercise 15-20 min walking in morning.

You are having tension headaches. You need to relax your mind. Give it rest. Have proper sleep. For your various problems: make a list of them by writing on a piece of paper and try to cross check them individually and find solutions for one problem at a time. This activity will definitely help to handle stress conditions and will enable you to find a suitable answer. You make also try meditation and yoga in the early morning. Adopt a healthy life style. Lybrate-user, yes a person with diabetes can drink cocnut water, in 100 g it gives about 19 calories. Plus provides some electrolytes, some fibers and vitamins. Ragi whole grain flour is definitely healthy, 100g of ragi flour gives 71 to 89 % complex carbs proteins 5.8 to1 2 % and fibers 3.5 to 3.9% and fat 1.3 to3.7 %, in addition it contains minerals and vitamins. Hence dishes made out of ragi are healthy and nutritious, all milk products are good but they should have low fat. Thanks.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi lybtrate user, a newborn baby can pass stool for 10 to 15 times a day or sometimes it will not pass stool for altogether 5-6 days, both the conditions are normal, so don't worry about it. This happens because babies are on only milk diet. As far as gases are concerned burping after every feed will be very useful.

Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. Nothing to worry for cold take proper precautions to keep your feet warm cover your head and ears and keep your chest warm. Take steam inhalation twice a day regularly and do warm water saline gargles thrice a day regularly if required initially you can take tab levocetrizine once or twice daily for three days.

Hello, if the sex was unprotected then even pre cum can get her pregnant in some cases. Though the chances of pregnancy are less but you should keep a watch on her missed menses.

Please follow these tips Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.
