I am 46 yrs. Old. My diagnostic reports are as follows: sgpt-33, uric acid-7.5, cholesterol-207, triglyceride-160, ldl-140, hdl-35, vldl-32, bun-9.4, creatinine-1.0, tsh-1.2, sugar (f)-89, sugar (pp)-102. E. C. G report - normal. I am facing acidity problem and little bit of appetite problem. Recently some body pain and joint pain also occurs. Please Advice what should I do?

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Some people may want to stop porn consumption altogether, while others may want to change how and when they watch porn. You may want to stop watching a certain genre of pornography. Be clear in what you want to change in order to move forward. If you use internet and porn addiction a way to cope with your emotions, there are more productive ways to cope. If you use pornography because you are shy interacting with individuals you are romantically interested in, consider building your social skills. Perhaps you deal with anger or frustration through internet and porn. Find ways to address these areas of your life that don’t include pornography. So the trick to stopping porn addiction is to learn to ride out cravings; to master a skill to stay away long enough for cravings to go away. This of course sounds simple, but as many addicts know it is not as easy to do. Over time you will learn that cravings do not rule your life, and that there is a way for you to ride out a craving and return to your normal self without having to act out. And the high that you get from feeling proud of yourself will be much stronger than any high that you could possibly get from porn addiction. Practice deep breathing daily and exercise for 30 minutes atleast.

This type of variation is not specific, and not to worried about. Your BP is not high but on higher side. This can be controlled by life style changes ,food restrictions and yoga exercises. Avoid too much salts and sweets. Avoid spicy oily and junk food. In view there is no need to start medications. But there is no harm in starting Ayurvedic medications, but it should be under medical supervision.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Hi, no there is ideally no treatment for this problem, and after you stop smoking also that blackness may be reduced upto great extent but never goes off completely, if you keep smoking in what ever quantity, blackness will remain due to narcotic effect of tobacco.

You can try it but how effective it can be is subject to your feedback. Overall it's more important to eat a balanced diet so that the hair roots get sufficient nutritional support to grow and repair. Have different types of fruits and vegetables ( seasonally available ) everyday. Adapt a healthy lifestyle to have a long term solution. External lotions or any application do not work all the times. Internal support is more effective in the long run.
