Any growth even if benign is concern causing. Cause for back ache are a million starting with posture and through to intestine swelling (crohn's disease), mental stress, etc. Stress can cause your muscles to tense-up and if they happen to be your back muscles you are in shit-street. I can give it a go with homeopathy and judging by the results I have had with homeopathy, i'd say your chances are worth a toss. But i'll need your total faith and commitment and I won't do it for free. For my deep investigations i'll have to charge you - not much just rs 700/

Taking a pain killer during periods is fine to relieve pain. You can use meftal spas or cyclopam. It will not have any adverse effect on future pregnancy.

What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. And engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's badiaga, acid phos. 200 alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's anti-dandruff shampoo and anti-dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

How can I improve my stamina. I get drinch too much earlier as I do any physical work?

How to increase immunity and energy levels: instead of having one large meal, eat 5 or 6 small meals in a day. It spikes up the metabolism, so along with burning calories you also land up fueling yourself with energies. Also, people who eat two or three large meals a day suffer less from fatigue and can think more clearly than those who stick to regular 2-3 meals. These mini meals should consist of dry fruits, fresh fruits, tomato juice, carrots, beetroot and wholegrain biscuits. Unprocessed foods- like fried potato chips, soft drinks, instant noodles should be avoided altogether. Consume more of complex carbohydrates, which are rich in fibres like brown rice, jawar, bajra, oatmeal, sprouts, nuts seeds and dry fruits. Sprouts are another fantastic snacking option. They have high nutritional value. It is an excellent idea to consume seeds, beans and grains all in the raw form. When cooked the energy giving vitamins in the sprouts get destroyed. You can always turn to health supplements to make up for any lack of nutrition in your body. B-complex vitamin supplements are one such supplement. Not having adequate amounts of b-complex in the body can make you very weak and lead to fatigue. The supplement ensures full protection of the nerves and increases the energy level. The system also finds it very hard to convert food into glucose if there is a deficiency of b-vitamins. If you are not keen on taking dietary supplements you can add more of whole grain cereals, unpolished rice, leafy vegetables, banana, yeast, peas, dals and pulses in your diet. Also, if you are wondering how to increase immunity of the body, the answer is looking at you. Replace wheat with jawar, bajra or bran rotis. Wheat is not only hard to digest, but it can also cause fatigue. Try replacing it to observe the change in your energy levels. Tranquillizers should be avoided at all costs because even if they do help you sleep they do not eliminate fatigue. Every day make an attempt to drink a glass of carrots, tomato, beetroot or coriander raw vegetable juice. Along with increasing energy levels in the body they are great immunity boosters and anti-oxidants. Physical activity is also very essential for the body. You can increase your activity level by exercising at least for 30 minutes every day regularly. Stretching, brisk walk, swimming or indulging in sports are some of the best exercises for your body. Bring down the sugar intake because even if it manages to give you an instant energy boost, in the longer run it can reduce your life span and makes you lethargic.

First of all clean the gut by herbal combos. Then application of cream accumulated over raw milk and mixed with saffron, curcumin powder, barberis aristata, rubia cordifolia to be applied daily over blemishes. Washed lentil dal pack (soak at night, make paste in the morning and apply on face, keep for 20 - 25 minutes, wash. Do thrice a week); oral blood purifier tab/decoction - these will act very effectively to lighten and remove blemishes.

Take rest for2-3 days. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. 1) avoid those activities which increases your pain. Eg: prolong sitting, forward bending etc. 2) one should find out the cause of your pain eg: if the pain has started suddenly, it could be a muscle pull while playing or bending or long stretch sitting 3) if the pain is since long and is increasing gradually then you should go for a radiological report to diagnose the problem. Once the cause is known, treatment can be done accordingly. Mean while, focus on the following points: 1) place a cushion and support your back while sitting. 2) check on your footwears. Bad footwear leads to back pain 3) place a pillow under your knees while sleeping straight and between your both knees while sleeping side lying (this technique helps to relax your muscles) 4) use a hot water bag/ heat belt to the painful area, heat will improve the blood flow to the muscles and hence will allow them to relax. 5) start certain stretching and strengthening exercises attest twice a day. 1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
