Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. That means eating not just when you? re hungry, but throughout the day. Aim to eat five meals a day to gain weight. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Water will help your body process the extra protein and calories you are taking in. Drink several glasses with every meal to avoid getting dehydrated. Due to break up I am not able to cope up from last 3 month. Reason is from last 1 month she is constantly in touch with me but only as a friend. Dear lybrate-user. You are not abnormal at all. In this given situation, everyone will have the same behavior pattern. Very few will have the maturity to overcome such situation. In this particular aspect, maturity is, accept that as your friend and be a friend to her. This could take some time. But you have to do it. Another thing is that, you still want her to be your girl friend, which is not happening and thereby you are depressed. Forget her as your girl friend. Accept her as a friend. Take care.

You might be having fungal infection. You can use candid gum paint for that. Also it can be traeted with topical anti-fungal drugs, such as nystatin, miconazole, gentian violet or amphotericin b.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Mam I want to loose weight please suggest some medication for it. Post pregnancy my weight is 76 kg height is 5.3 I am also suffering from hypothyroidism. Dear user, burning more calories that you take is the best way to lose weight. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

you can tests blood for NS1 to confirm dengue. test cbc. after tests consult again. till then you can take dolo 650 mg thrice a day. take juice,plenty of water.

Dear 1. First of all, if you are obese then try to reduce weight which will automatically reduce your pain by 50%. 2. Avoid forward bending, lifting heavy objects and high heel foot wears. 3. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hello And my age is 20 and when I workout and come home I see little breakout small pimples like read things on my chest and back .and I only get them when I workout .when I stop working out some of them go away. Its not that I do not bath and shower myself to clean my pores .but these things just don't go away. please help and try to solve this problem.

I understand that you bathe after working out but you need to use anti bacterial body wash to get rid of slightest bacteria that is clogging pores. Also use a loofah to scrub your body that cleanses body very well. Dial antibacterial body wash with moisturizers spring water is a good body wash.
