Hi, Take tab. Mahavatavidhwamsa Ras 1tab. 2 times a day and apply Pinda Taila to the left and massage for 5-10mins and later five got water fomentation.

I am a breast feeding mother. Which is the tablet good for getting period as well as not harmful?
Hello- It is not advisable to go for forced period within a year of breast feed as it will decrease the quantity of breast milk and the medicine will also pass out from mother's body into feeding baby which may cause serious health issues. If the baby is one year older thn you can use "Raja pravartani vati" 1 tab twice daily for 15 days to start menses.

Hi lybrate-user. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, a) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, b) take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, c) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, d) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, e) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days gives you good result thanks.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to anxiety, stress or weakness -have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, also have protein foods like egg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, butter milk, healthy fats like in fish, olive oil, avocado, mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily in the morning - have 8-10glasses of water for proper hydration - get blood hb%, thyroid hormone & blood sugar, ECG checked & consult a doctor if not much improvement.

take meftal spas if pain abd, tab pan 40 empty stomach daily morning for 15 days, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, isabgol in a glass of water at night, if required get u/s whole abdomen done and back with report it will help. thanks

Hello, Empty calories are simply that they make you fat without any benefit provided nutritionally.1 gm of alcohol gives 7 kcal which is a complete waste.THey get stored in your body as fat and lead to further complications.

Recently I joined Zumba class while doing this I feel so breathless and low of energy please suggest some diet plan what should I take before and after doing Zumba which increases my energy level.

Meal # 1 (Breakfast) 4 hard-boiled egg whites. 1 Egg white omelet in olive oil. 2 slices of brown bread. 1 serving (30 gms) of plain oatmeal with skim milk (I prefer add 10 Almonds and 20 grams Walnuts and few raisins for taste). Meal # 2 (Snack) 1 serving of broccoli. 3 hard-boiled eggs whites. Meal # 3 (Lunch) Half tandoori chicken. 1 roti. 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Specially cucumber). 1 apple. Meal # 4 (Post workout meal) 1 Banana with whey protein shake. Meal #5 (Dinner) 2 large cups of vegetables and fruits (Including cucumber, watermelon and papaya). ½ cup spinach. 5-6 berries such as strawberries.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day...take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day...And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day...
