Dear user, to increase your blood, eat khajur, gur channa, sprouts, soups, fruit juices, paneer, tofu, soya-bean, all pulses etc. Include all vegetables and fruits. Eat banana, kiwi, papaya, apple, spinach, eat small and frequent meal. Add lemone to all cooked vegetable and pulses. You can eat amla or amla powder etc.

Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. I am too skinny. I want to know tips on gaining weight. I booze occasionally. I smoke 5 cigarettes a day. I only have 2 meals in a day. I work in a call center so my food timings fluctuate. I had serious mass supplements once but while having I did not performed enough exercise thats why I suffered from piles too however recovered now. Supplement did not helped me in gaining weight. I am 30 now and married. Please help.

First of all you need to quit ciggerrets slowly... Day by day reduce the quantity you take. Daily drink tulsi tea 2times a day. Drink plenty of water Do pranayam daily Take bhoomiamalaki kwath 20 ml twice daily after meal.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Don't over exert yourself. Eat lot of proteins like cheese, soybean, tofu, porridge, sprouted black grams. Also instead of lifting weights first of all start doing push-ups and chin-ups to increase muscle strength.

. Hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1. Flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3. Ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1. Swimming 2. Skiping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

You need to focus on healthy foods eat foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and calories. You can enrich foods with real nut butters, whole fat milk, avocado, whole wheat bread, vegetable oils, nuts, potatoes, eat more often. Increasing the amount of calories you eat each day will help to gain weight. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise for fitness.

There are many reasons for being underweight. Very active, tense, nervous, irregular eating habits, some psychological factors may cause a person to eat less. Take 500 calorie more than what you are taking daily. Take more cereals, pulses, potatoes, sugar, creamed milk, fruits, dry-fruits. Also do some exercises that will help you by stimulating your appetite to improve the intake of calories. It also helps in improving muscle tone specially of the digestive system, resulting in better absorption and assimilation of the food, which helps tremendously in weight gain.
