U need to take a balanced diet eat more protein foods eat dry fruits do exercise drink plenty of water eat good fats.

Hello! to be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Some tips for chubby cheeks:- 1) Facial yoga 2) Blow into a balloon with your mouth. 3) Consume 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil daily. 4) Drink 1 tablespoon of aloe Vera gel daily. 5) Massage your cheeks with the fenugreek oil 1 or 2 times daily. 6) Rub some shea butter into your cheeks and massage. 7) Mix equal amount of rose water and glycerin and rub it on your cheeks. 8) Blend 1/2 Apple to get paste and rub it on your cheeks. 9) Add 1 tablespoon of honey to a glass of warm water drink it once daily. 10) Drink 1 or 2 glass of skim or low fat milk daily.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.6) Massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) Reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.
