Foreplay: Is It Important for Your Sexual Life?

Foreplay: Is It Important for Your Sexual Life?

Foreplay: Is It Important for Your Sexual Life?

Lovemaking is not restricted to just the part of having sex. If you are forgetting foreplay, you are missing out on one of the best parts of the lovemaking experience. But the pleasure of foreplay is just one part of it; you need to understand the biological perspective to gain an insight into the nature of the stimulation.

While men are aroused in a few minutes, women take more time to get to the state. Foreplay ensures that both partners are at their peak of arousal at the time of sexual intercourse. And it also helps in attaining orgasm for both.

At the initial stages, individuals don't need to prolong foreplay to get aroused. But with age, it becomes important to get full arousal and get ready to have an intense and satisfying lovemaking experience. Otherwise, it will only be a half-hearted attempt at something that ensures the best times of your life.

For men, it ensures an erection, and for women, it ensures lubrication to make the experience pleasurable to both. It's normal for a regular sexual relationship to fall into a routine; you need to have a good idea about how to use foreplay to spice things up.

Now that you have a good idea about why it's important, let's find out more:

What constitutes foreplay? From hugging, kissing, caressing, petting, fondling, to teasing, undressing, and oral sex are part of it. But it's not about touch alone, anything from looking at each other longingly, reading a dirty novel, to seeing a movie together or giving her a neck massage may lead to arousal. Remember, a long kiss on the mouth can be a good beginning. But it's not essentially the end. Long lingering kisses on every body part is often the best experience for a woman, and can lead to arousal with ease.

Why do you need to create the right mood? In the mature stage of a relationship, you need to prepare the right setup to ensure full arousal. Soft lights, cozy temperature, clean sheets, may be some aromatic candles can make up a romantic ambiance. Play her favorite music while you undress her to set the mood.

How do you know what to do? There are no sets of dos and don'ts when it comes to foreplay. You need to learn about what your partner likes and dislikes on the go. Concentrate on the cues. Make her comfortable. Talk about how lovely she looks and how sexy her lingerie is while you fondle and caress her. You need to find out what arouses her. For some women, kisses on the neck and behind the ears can lead to arousal while for others, oral stimulation may be necessary to get them stimulated. Identify your partner's erogenous zones to make foreplay a great experience.

For how long is it done? Again, there is no set formula in this regard. You can do it for as long as you and your partner want. Once you two are completely aroused, you can go on with the lovemaking experience. With the right kind and amount of foreplay, you two can achieve orgasm easily and have a better and more satisfying time.

Is foreplay necessary? Sometimes, spontaneous sexual encounters are the best experiences. But that's the exception, not the rule. For most women, arousal takes time and stimulation. And foreplay provides the perfect opportunity for her to get to the state where she becomes excited with desire. Foreplay constitutes the prelude to the lovemaking experience. You can let go of it, but it won't be the same. If you want to have the best pleasurable time, first you need to make sure that your partner has it too

Postnasal drip is a runny discharge from the inside of your nose. The excess mucus can come out of the front of your nose or drip down to the throat. This discharge contains proteins and when it reaches the back of the mouth, it is caught by the bacteria which naturally exists in the mouth, resulting in a bad smell in the nose and in your breath. it may be due to colds, flu, allergies, sinus infection, changing weather, deviated septum, certain foods, and environmental irritants (smoke, chemicals, pollution, perfumes, cleaning products etc). Post nasal drip associated with allergies or cold can effectively be treated with simple home treatments that focus on thinning, drying up, and loosening mucus secretions. Drink warm liquids such as soups, and teas to use the heat to thin and flush out mucus. You can also use a neti pot, hot shower or a humidifier.

My hairs are getting grey what should I do.
Every day my hairs are breaking and even splitants has increased this days.
Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause.

I am suffering from early gray hair and my hair is falling too much. Please give advice.
Our hair determines our overall appearance in a major way. Long, black and shiny hair is often looked upon with admiration. In fact, in the present scenario, we leave no stone unturned to rid ourselves of various hair problems which we tend to face every day. Whitening or greying of hair is one such common problem. High Levels of Stress: The modern life along with its comforts brings a lot of stress and tension, whether it is work related or personal. The ultimate outcome is the occurrence of white hair. Genetics: The age at which your hair starts turning white is also determined by your genetics to a great extent. Thus, if your parents or grandparents suffered from premature greying of hair, then you are most likely to suffer from the same problem Improper Diet: A balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of your body which includes your hair as well. Lack of vitamin B12 is the most common cause of white hair. Thus, to combat this problem it is advisable to increase the consumption of food rich in vitamin B12 such as tuna, sardines, salmon, beef, egg, lamb, cheese and milk Emotional Shock: Sometimes, white hair occurs during a patch of time when a person is undergoing an emotional shock or turmoil. This is a temporary phenomenon and the growth of white hair automatically ceases after sometime. White Hair Treatment Walk Barefoot: Morning walk is great for our overall health and benefits our hair as well. Walking barefoot on wet grass early in the morning prevents the occurrence of white hair. Eat More Iodine Rich Foods: Food rich in iodine help in preventing grey hair. Fish has a high content of iodine. In addition to this, bananas and carrot also contain some iodine. You can replace the sea salt or kosher salt with iodized table salt to increase your iodine intake treatment consult or ask privetly

Hello Sanjay, The most important thing that you can do to make your lips pink is drink atleast 4 to 5 liters of water everyday. This helps in excreting the toxins thag are produced in your body. Along with it you can also apply "Lipz 15 cream" on your lips twice or thrice in a day. This lip balm has a SPF action which reduces the blackening of lips.
