Hi, I am male 18, I have been having stomach pain recently so I have done ultrasound, Everything was normal, and I have taken some medicines, it really help, but am still taking Feliser suspension syrup, so, I wanna ask am always feeling urge to urinate but it doesn't come easily and just a little, is it because of syrup I am taking? Hello, if your reports are normal you need detailed physical examination for your problem. By the time avoid junk food, spicy food specially green chilly. Eat watermelon sprinkled with black pepper and rock salt daily for 2-3 days but before 6 pm, drink coconut water. Soak raw jeera, saunf and shana each 1 tsf in 1 lit water at night. Next day morning filter it and drink 1-1 glass for whole day. Add again 1 lit of water in that mixture in the morning only and filter it in evening and drink till next morning. This will help in your urine problem. Regards.

Hello. Beetroot drink is a detox drink which is good for body, but it's not calorie dense. A better replacement could be a fruit smoothie or yogurt without sugar.

Hello According to your height as you mentioned here 5.4 ft your weight is very low. Your weight should be near about 62 kg. Due to your less weight you looking thin. Now you have to increase your weight to good looking.

I am 58 years old, male with Schizophrenia since 10 years. At present I am put on Amisulpride 200 mg 0-0-1 and Sizopin 100 mg 0-0-1. Of late, I am thinking of replacing Amisulpride with Paliperidone 3 mg OD (Of course, only after the consent of my Psychiatrist, with whom I have an appointment next week). In the mean time, I want to know, how safe it is and will it react with Sizopin? Please confirm.

If you have been stabilized with amisulpiride and sizopin , its better to continue the same treatment. if you have any side effects or if there is no improvement, then only you think of changing the medication. As such paliperidone has no serious side effects but can cause stiffness of muscles and shaking in some pts.

Include fresh fruit juices in your daily diet to add a few pounds. Be sure while choosing the juice, as calorie rich fruit will be more effective.

Dear lybrate user, for a young patient like you I do not prefer to recommend a medicine, you are advised to become more active, regularly participate in out door games, take at least one banana daily in your breakfast. Use more salad in your meals. Spare sometime to meditate.
