Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

Hi, take cap, nasollerin 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 days. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take steam inhalation by adding 1 or 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling water. Wear warm clothing. Avoid intake of sweets and oil fried food. Take koflet cough syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day for about a week. Take tab. Sudershana vati 1-1-1 till the fever subsides.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

DEAR Lybrate USER. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals. B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. THANKS. AVOID USE OF ANY HAIR OIL OR SOAP for 30 days THANKS.

1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

Here are 5 ways to add a glow to skin 1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliating gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. Exfoliating keeps your pores from clogging, which is another benefit in regards to acne control. The renewal process of your skin is sped up and your moisturizer will penetrate deeper into the skin which will give you that moist glow. Exfoliation also helps with uneven skin tone as it removes dead skin cells which contribute to that uneven look. Consistent exfoliation of your skin will help with wrinkle prevention in addition to giving you smooth glowing skin. 2. Exercise - there's a reason why athletes are some of the most beautiful people in the world. That reason is consistent blood flow. Exercising circulates your blood throughout your body giving it a natural flush to your skin. If you don't know where to start, try walking and taking the stairs whenever you get a chance. This will make your transition into other traditional routines more manageable when the time comes. After you initially get your body active there are many different physical activities to explore, especially if you are not into the traditional gym routine. Try kickboxing, tennis, running or spin classes. 3. Cucumbers - cucumbers not only taste great, but are filled with vitamin c and caffeic acid. These are two antioxidants that are excellent for fighting off wrinkles and protecting you from sun damage. When this happens you get that dry and patchy look and that is what you don't want. The object here is glowing skin, remember? chill your shower down just a tad. You will still be able to have a calming relaxing shower without stripping your skin of what it needs. Remember, don't stay in there for an hour. 5. Green tea - green tea is by far one of my favorite drinks. It's also one of my favorite methods for cleansing your skin topically as well (a good green tea facial cleanser will have your face glowing like a star). Green tea is by far one of the most powerful antioxidants you can utilize when adding a glow to your skin. Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps rid your skin of free radicals, reduces inflammation and feels great going down. 2 cups of green tea a day along with a good facial cleanser will have compliments raining down upon you.

If you sleep less for concentration, it will defeat the very purpose. You will lose concentration and you will also feel quite unhealthy. If it is only during the exams, then you could reduce sleep. Otherwise, sleep is very essential for concentration.

Hello... take tab. vasograine for pain of migraine. To make better immunity take Powder protinex 1 tsf with milk once a day after meal. there many causes of headache i.e. eye disease or vision problems, stress, fever, high B.P. , acidity, injury, migraine, incomplete sleep, cervical pain, constipation, pl. checkup your B.P. blood sugar level, cbc, after tests consult again. Avoid stress, avoid fatty meal, oily foods , take lemon tea, take protein diet or amino acid diets, take good sleep at night, take green veg., plenty of water. Juice, Welcome in lybrate .

Hello, I understand that having a baby is very important for you and somewhere in your mind, probably your time clock is ticking away saying that you are getting older now and may not have a baby. And you are so keen to have a baby of your own? this thought alone might be a cause for more anxiety, sense of loss, sadness and anger with yourself. However, I would like to bring to your notice that overthinking about this or anything else will only bring emotional imbalance leading to more bp fluctuations. Our mind and body are connected and any mental and emotional imbalance causes an imbalance in the body. 1. Please exercise everyday within your capacity to burn off the excess calories and fat intake. Exercising will also help in uplifting your mood and improve your self image and give you a sense of control over your body. 2. Eat only healthy food limiting oil, sugars, processed and refined foods to the bare minimum. Raw and whole food diet having more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains is known to control and reduce rising bp. Add a source of good fats like walnuts, nuts and oil seeds to improve your heart functioning. Cut out meats and unhealthy cooking styles and choose steaming, stir frying over boiling and frying. 3. Yoga, meditation etc to control your anxiety and calm down the mind to help become emotionally stable and peaceful. This will also keep your bp stable. Bhramri and anulom vilom are especially 2 pranayamas very helpful in bringing emotional balance. 4. Counselling to help you learn tips and techniques to manage stressful events without losing your mental and emotional equilibrium. You will be able to cope with stress and learn to manage stress and tension with ease. 5. Only when you are healthy, will your baby be healthy. It will need a lot of attention and care when it arrives. What kind of life do you want to give your child? please consider the chances of you not feeling fit enough to take care of the baby keeping your health in mind. 6. Consider other options of having a child: would you rather consider adopting a baby over putting your body through this stress. Or would you like to volunteer your time in a childrens playhome or shelters where abandoned children are taken care of? there are number of ways that you can still meet your need to bring up a child and feel worthwhile and fulfilled. Please consider your options and their pros and cons before rushing in to any decision. Take care.
