It seems something is bothering you because of which you have lost your sleep. I hope you are taking these antidepressant tablets after consulting a doctor. It appears to me that you are upset about something in your life. May be you are not able to express your feelings to anyone or to the concerned person. But suppressed feelings come out in the form of psychosomatic pains, sleep disorders, unjustified anger or sadness or other health issues. Please check with yourself what is happening to you? you need to get in touch with your own feelings. It is also important to express your feelings assertively so that you can take rational decisions in life and enjoy your life. You may consider talking to a counsellor who will help you in finding the root cause of your sleeplessness and depression and will also help you in boosting your communication skills. Taking medication for a longer time will have side effects. Take care.

Advice do hot fermentation for instant pain relief. Continue it for 2 days then start doing spinal extension exercises and back strengthening exercises thrice a day for a week avoid repeated bending activities take rest and do not exert the movements consult a physiotherapist for detailed evaluation and better treatment for your back pain take care.

Sir I have periods problem. Its irregular since at the age of 13 now I am 22 years old. Also I am too fatty and my weight is approx 80 kg. My height is 5'3. Please suggest me. In ultrasound report doctors found the pcod disease. I have taken aleopathic medicines for 1 year. But now I didnt take any medicines for periods.

I think after Jaundice, you have/were forced to eat excess food to make up for the loss of health during jaundice. Kindly reduce the amount of oily and sugary foods in your diet. Eat more of veggies, salads, sprouts, fruits, water, buttermilk etc. Ensure that you drink more water. Do daily exercise / walk / yoga of 60 mins. Aim to reduce 2 kgs per month and you will get back to your original weight in an years time.

Infection if always due to unclean hygiene condition of vaginal portion and decrease fluid intake. So, if you want that not occur again then keep clean and dry vaginal portion.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness. 4. Take liq cremaffin plus 2tsf at night for 3 days and let me know the response.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Yes, a dermaroller can be used to promote hair growth of the scalp as well. Apart from this you can try some simple home remedies: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair. HONEY and EGG YOLK: Mix honey and egg yolk together and massage on your scalp for 30 minutes. Egg yolk will help stimulate hair growth.
