My penis is very thin please suggest me medicine or massage oils for thickness of my penis.
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. SIZE, THICKNESS AND HARDNESS OF PENIS never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest sex therapy and counseling. Take care.

I am suffering from over eating for more than 10 years now I really want to get cure suggest me please.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am suffering from over eating for more than 10 years now I really want to get cure suggest me please.
Hi. There are 2 major reasons when you overeat - emotional eating, or compulsive eating (binge eating)! over time, compulsive overeating usually leads to obesity. Obesity, in turn, causes numerous medical complications, including: type 2 diabetes gallbladder disease high cholesterol high blood pressure heart disease certain types of cancer osteoarthritis joint and muscle pain gastrointestinal problems sleep apnea management: -manage stress. These may include exercising, meditating, using sensory relaxation strategies, and practicing simple breathing exercises. -eat three meals a day plus healthy snacks. -avoid temptation. Remove the temptation by clearing your fridge and cupboards of your favorite binge foods. -stop dieting. The deprivation and hunger of strict dieting can trigger food cravings and the urge to overeat. -exercise. Not only will exercise help you lose weight in a healthy way, but it also lifts depression, improves overall health, and reduces stress. -instead of snacking when you're bored, distract yourself. Take a walk, call a friend, read, or take up a hobby such as painting or gardening. -get enough sleep. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - silicea 30/ thrice a day for 3 weeks and cina! m/ once daily at night for 1 week. Revert back.

Ovarian Cancer Screening: What You Can Miss During Gynaecology Check-ups

MD
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Ovarian Cancer Screening: What You Can Miss During Gynaecology Check-ups

As one of the fifth leading cause of cancer deaths for women globally, Ovarian cancer is a serious ailment. This type of cancer usually cannot be detected until it has spread considerably and causes significant damage. It affects the ovaries of women who are in their late fifties and upwards. Yet, careful screening and vigilance with the help of regular gynaecology check-ups can help in detecting and treating this potentially fatal disease. Read on to know what you may be missing during those crucial gynaecology check-ups!

  • Screening Tests: Whether or not you are risk genetically or due to the environment, your annual gynaecology check-up must include Ovarian Cancer screening, which will basically try to look for the earliest signs and symptoms by studying the fallopian tubes and other areas for peritoneal screening for ovarian, fallopian and primary peritoneal cancer. The CA 125 Blood Test can also be used in order to detect this condition.
  • Ovaries: During the screening and normal check-ups as well, ask your doctor to concentrate on the size, shape and consistency of the ovaries as well as the uterus. A pelvic exam will also be helpful in detecting even the smallest anomalies that can point at the existence of symptoms.
  • Pap Test: It is a well-known fact that women over the age of 25 years and especially those who have been through childbirth even once, must get the Pap Smear Test done on a routine basis so as to rule out ovarian and cervical cancer. While this test may not be able to detect ovarian cancer for many cases, it can detect this kind of cancer in the more advanced stages.
  • Bloating and Fluid Build-up: If you are experiencing various symptoms like edema or fluid retention and bloating in the area, then you may want your doctor to put you through a screening test for Ovarian Cancer screening. Usually, we tend to overlook these symptoms as a part of an infection or even normal menstrual cycle, but the detection of these symptoms must be followed up by proper screening.
  • Ultrasound Wand: An ultrasound wand will be able to detect even the tiniest changes in the ovaries and the surrounding areas with the help of the TVUS test which can find a mass in the ovary. This can then be followed up by a biopsy to tell whether or not it is malignant.

Symptoms like too much of vaginal discharge and unusual amount of bleeding during the menstrual cycle should not go unnoticed or unreported and it is best to get a proper ultrasound done, followed by the various types of screening for this kind of cancer.

I have eaten chicken yesterday and my stomach is paining from today morning. What will I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
I have eaten chicken yesterday and my stomach is paining from today morning. What will I do?
Take Nux vom 30 at an interval of one hour upto two doses now. Asafetida, also known as hing, has antispasmodic and antiflatulent properties that help treat stomach aches caused by gas or indigestion. Simply add a pinch of asafetida to a glass of warm water, mix it well and drink it two or three times a day. You can also add a pinch of rock salt. This remedy is equally effective for both a stomach ache and gas. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of asafetida to a cup of warm water. Soak a cotton cloth in the solution and place it on your stomach for 10 to 15 minutes. This will soothe the stomach and reduce pain. Do this several times a day. For further queries get back to me.
