Hi, My hair is falling directly out from roots tried many natural remedies but can't get result yet.
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).

How can I control the hair fall? I am male. Working in school. My past generation didn't have bald head?
You are young and at this age it is definitely possible to control hair fall follow the following points 1. If you are suffering from dandruff, treat that immediately. A combination of sesame oil and vinegar - applied to the scalp an hour before head bath on alternate days is a great way to manage dandruff 2. Eat healthy. Nourishment for the hair comes form within. Amla/gooseberry, curry leaves, almonds, fenugreek, fresh fruits and vegetables promote hair growth, include them in your daily diet 3. Shampoo - use a mild shampoo, preferably herbal shampoos as they tend to protect the scalp. 4. Hair oil - oil your hair an hour before hair bath. Use luke warm oil to oil your hair as it penetrates better, a combination of oils like olive oil, almond oil, sesame oil, coconut oil and castor oil is a excellent way to promote hair growth and to prevent hair fall.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. (these medicine and shampoo will also help you in arresting hairloss). Revert me back.

Ingredients: aloe vera plant, shampoo take the piece of aloe vera plant and put it in boiling water. Make sure to moniter it closely. You don't want to leave it there too long. About 2-3 min will do. Cut the aloe vera plant and get the gel part out. Put it in a blender and blend until its liquid. It will get foamy, but don't worry about that. Take a bottle of your favorite shampoo, I try to keep it simple though. Divide the shampoo into two bottles. Divide the aloe vera into the two bottles so each bottle has half shampoo and half aloe vera gel. Shake well and use every day. It is an amazing product. I was going crazy because I lost so much hair, but this helped me. I hope you all have the same results! note: some of you are going to ask if you can use bottled aloe vera gel, and although I have tried it a couple of times it really does not compare to the real thing. I strongly advise that if you are going to use bottled aloe vera gel please please buy the 100% natural one. It needs to be clear. Not green or any other color. Buy the most natural one you can find.

I'm 19 years old, I'm suffering tremendous hair loss and most of my hairs are white and always dry, I'm facing this problem since last 4 yrs. I love long hair and today too I have kept long hair but only the one above forehead. But because of continuous hair loss their density is too less, and in such low density hair I do not apply oil because it looks like I have no hair. What should I do that my hair gets all black and hair loss gets stopped completely and forever. Not only home treatment but if there are any medicines or other things please tell. I haven't visited any doctor before this.

Hi lybrate-user. Hair loss at the age of 19 can be due to hormonal reasons as well as stress and nutritional deficiencies. As you have white/gray hair as well, so definitely you need something to strengthen your hair roots and also provide nourishment to your scalp. Start having gudd (jaggery) and sprouted chana everyday in morning. Also start having a juice made of carrots, beet root, few tulsi leaves and 1 piece of amla. The juice, jaggery and chana will take care of the nutritional requirements of your scalp. Homoeopathic medicines have over the years proved of great benefit in cases of hair fall. You must give it a shot! I am sure you would be greatly helped.

I know more than half the world is suffering from HAIR LOSS. Here i Am giving my best treatment advice for all who are suffering from hair loss.
LETS FIGHT BALDNESS TOGETHER

How to stop damaging your hair

In our quest for beautiful hair, we often do things that damage our hair. Damaged hair is fragile, so it tends to break. Hair breakage can leave us with frizzy, unhealthy looking hair. If we continue to damage our hair, we may eventually see thinning hair or even bald spots.

The good news is that simple changes can prevent further hair damage. On this page, you’ll find 10 common hair-care practices that can damage hair and dermatologists’ tips that can help you to stop damaging your hair.

10 hair-care habits that can damage your hair
Washing your hair by rubbing shampoo into the length of your hair

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Gently massage shampoo into your scalp.
When you rinse the shampoo from your scalp, let it flow through the length of your hair and resist the temptation to rub it into your hair.
Skipping the conditioner

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Use conditioner after every shampoo.
Dermatologists’ recommendations for swimmers
Pool chemicals can be hard on your hair. The following can help protect your hair:

Wear a swim cap.
Rinse hair immediately after swimming.
After rinsing your hair, wash your hair with a specially formulated swimmers’ shampoo and follow with a deep conditioner.
Drying your hair by rubbing it with a towel

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Wrap your hair in a towel to absorb the water.
Let your hair air dry.
Brushing your hair while it is wet

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Do you have straight hair? Let your hair dry a bit before you gently comb it with a wide-tooth comb.
Do you have textured hair or tight curls? Always comb your hair while it is damp, using a wide-tooth comb.
Using a blow dryer, hot comb, or curling iron

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Let your hair air dry when possible.
Use the lowest heat setting.
Limit the time a hot comb or curling iron touches your hair.
Use these tools less frequently, aiming for once a week — or even less often.
Applying styling products that offer long-lasting hold

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Try a hairstyle that does not require this product.
Pulling your hair back tightly, such as in a ponytail, bun, or cornrows

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Wear hair loosely pulled back.
Use covered rubber bands made especially for styling hair.
Try a different hairstyle that does not pull on your hair.
Wearing a weave or hair extensions

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Wear weaves and extensions that are light, so they do not pull.
Get weaves and hair extensions at a salon that specializes in these services.
Wear a professional weave or hair extension for 2 or 3 months at most.
Keep up your scalp hygiene when wearing a weave or hair extension.
Switch hairstyles, so you don’t always wear a weave or hair extensions.
Coloring, perming, or relaxing your hair

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Try to add more time between touch-ups, especially when the air is dry. In the winter, try to stretch the time between touch-ups to every 8 to 10 weeks or longer.
Have only one service — a coloring, relaxer, or perm. If you want more than one service, perm or relax your hair first, and do it 2 weeks before you color your hair.
Use conditioner after each shampoo.
When in the sun, protect your hair by using a leave-in conditioner that contains zinc oxide or wearing a wide-brimmed hat.
Brushing your hair 100 strokes a day or tugging on your hair to style it

Changes that can help prevent hair damage:
Brush and comb your hair only to style it. Hair never needs 100 brush strokes a day. That’s a myth.
Use a wide-tooth comb, and use it gently to comb your hair.
Avoid pulling and tugging on your hair as you brush, comb, or style it.
Remove tangles gently, using a moisturizing conditioner if necessary.
When to see a dermatologist
If changing how you care for your hair does not help you see healthier hair, you may want to see a dermatologist. Your hair care may not be the root cause of your problem. Seeing a dermatologist is especially important if you are concerned about thinning hair or hair loss. Most causes can be stopped or treated. The sooner the problem is addressed, the better your results.

First make sure that it is only skin darkening and not any kind of infection.. as fungal infection is also a cause of skin darkening... Second the usual skin tone never matches to your private parts... so if it is not that severe then don't worry about that a lot.... just keep the parts clean... and reduce you thighs by area specific exercises.... and proper dieting plus medications....
