Eat foods that are thoroughly cooked. Undercooked meats or eggs pose a danger because of food poisoning. -Stay away from lunchmeats and veined cheeses, they can harbor a bacteria called listeria that is very dangerous to your unborn baby but harmless to you. -Try to eat less prepackaged, processed foods. These foods often have a ton of added sugar and salt and are not good for you. -Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and dairy products. A diet abundant in these foods provides essential nutrients for you and your baby.

You can consult a surgical oncologist. The lump (gaath) can be evaluated and if required a mammography and /or biopsy can be done to check. In young patient, it's usually a simple lump (benign) but we need to evaluate the patient properly to confirm.

If the periods you got in dec and jan were in time and flow was also normal, it is not due to pregnancy. If delay is more than 7 days you have to think again if there was any chance of pregnancy which you have overlooked. If not, then you can wait for the normal period.

Hello. Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. In your friend's case, it seems to be because it's been few years, she started getting her menses, so may be after few years, her menses may get regular. Let her take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month.

Fertile days are day 12 to 16 in a period you are in the same period hence it is possible that there is a preg if you wish to avoid a preg the ipill must be taken within 72 hrs to prevent in your case it is a bit late for that and wait for the next period any diet taken to abort is usually not effective.

Hello, if the test is negative then you are not pregnant and the cause is likely gastrointestinal. You may visit a gastroenterologist for an examination.

Of course. It goes without saying. The more the partners, the more the risk. Even if you use condoms they protect you up to 80% on an average and there are infections/infestations that condoms cannot protect.

Please get a pelvic usg and fsh, lh, prolactin and testosterone done. These are blood tests. Thyroid replacement seems okay. Further treatment for irregular periods will depend on these results.
