It is safe to take nutrigain, however try to focus on more healthy eating for permanent weight gain.

Yes you should take ayurveda supplements only because these are safe n harmless. May be slow but then sustains the effect for long. There are'brunghan' herbs too which are responsible to gain weight safely when used as directed. Selection of herbs is as per body nature and given conditions.

Hii sir / madam I'm very skinny I want to gain weight and muscles I'm doing workout 5 times a week I'm also having 5 meals a day Which includes -3 brown bread omlet 150 gms of breast chicken, oatmeal twice a day And I am also taking mass gaining supplements But the result of all such is very LOW or NO I can't see any muscles on my body M worried very much Please suggest me right way.

Hi lybrate-userdo high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.

Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise morning walk and yogasana. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkand churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu- jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning, may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.

Take high protein foods. Your every meal should consist of atleast 1 protein food. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. You can carry nuts, paneer sandwich, roasted chana, peanuts and sprouts for office. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan for you.

Dear lybrate user do not worry about being lean! you can gain the weight very easily with the diet and homoepathy medicine without any side effects. 1. Eat chicken without much fat 2. Take a egg daily 3. Take more milk and milk products like butter, curd, cheese, panner 4. Take more protein like soya beans, pulses, cereals 5. Eat more fruits and vegetables 6. Do exercise regularly for minimum 45 min daily 7. Have a good sleep of minimum 8 hrs daily.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.
