I'm facing extreme itching onto my pubic hair since 5-6 days. Im unable to sleep at nights because at night it itch very much, I keep on itching it as get problem. Hpv infection vil not kill anyone. It is just a viral infection. Even if it recurs, it can be removed or else you have to go for autoimmunisation. Burn marks vil also disappear either with time or medications if its persistent. Do not worry.

kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

I had Follicular examination on 15th day at 12 pm and one follicle was 22 mm*17 mm. I had hcg injection at 5 pm same day. Again had an examination on 16th day at 1 pm. Follicle was ruptured. Than had iui at 5 pm. But it didn't worked and I got period on 31st day. My regular cycle is of 30 days. I already had laparoscopy which showed all ok in my reproductive system. Husband reports are also normal. Than why I am not getting pregnant?

Hi,this is called unexplained infertility when everything is normal and still not getting pregnant.The fertilising potential of egg and the sperm cannot be assessed by any means unless you get pregnant.In this situation ovulation induction with medicine to bring out your still more healthy eggs and IUI for few cycles will increase your chances of pregnancy.But get it done with a good doctor with fertility knowledge.

It could be due to high blood pressure. if nasal bleeding is there, then u have to think about high blood pressure. if it is migrane then take tab Noxdom 500 mg twice a day for 1 wk.

Age above 35 years is a risk factor for certain problems during pregnancy (like increased risk of Down's Syndrome and other Trisomies, increased risk for gestational diabetes/hypertension/bleeding during pregnancy/ prematurity/ low birth weight, etc). Both husband and wife are advised to take folic acid tablets 5 mg daily, starting at least 3 months before conceiving, to minimize the risks mentioned above. Also make sure that your haemoglobin, blood sugar level and Sr. TSH levels are normal before conceiving.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

When quitting, you must take one day at a time. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here?s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world ? you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

If she is well stop those medicines and offer her fresh fruits and vegetables regularly. Serve homemade fresh food 3- 4 times. She needs plenty of water.

Hi lybrate-user. Your bmi (body mass index) is 15, 45 which is below normal bmi of 18.5-24.9. To increase your weight, improve the protein intake by consuming food such as soyabeans, peanuts, chicken, tuna, eggs, cheese etc. Build up your muscle through weight training i. E lifting weights as it will stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle will speed up your metabolism and so you will need to consume more calories which will enhance your weight.

What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. If you are not feeling any change over next 2 weeks or if you lack motivation to initiate and maintain above activities feel free revert and we could work together for few weeks to reverse your cycle and help you appreciate what you have.
