Please take sulphur cm / only single dose 5 drops and then start after 4 days arsenicum sulph flav. 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Revert back to me accordingly with feedback.

When we are worried or overly stressed we can’t do our best. We need to be proactive and live life with ease and joy. Our perceptions, attitudes, choices and responses should be within our control.

There is a circle of control within which you are comfortable. For example if you are afraid of speaking in public, you may shy away from such an activity or you may on the other hand, choose to focus on what is under your control by working hard on practicing that speech with friends, family and supportive people in order to overcome your fear.

When issues outside the circle of our control begin to take prominence they are likely to cause hurt and disturbance. There are many ways to feel strong so that you are not always caught off-guard or unprepared for situations.



Not all stress is bad

We sometimes hear people say ‘I work better under pressure’ or ‘I thrive on competition’. There are others who endlessly crib about work pressure, increasing population, mounting prices, water shortage, etc. What we need is a balance. We need to feel stretched, but not so far that we might snap. Feeling bad or worrying about something does not fix the problem but adds to your feeling of helplessness. Being stressed is by itself, usually a cause for further stress.

The attitude of the person and the way they approach the situation makes all the difference. One person’s challenge may well be another’s way of life



Some stress is normal and even useful

A certain amount of stress is essential for normal health. Some stress is definitely required to stimulate us to do day-to-day tasks. Some levels of stress are beneficial for higher productivity and efficiency. A student may be nervous about studying for a competitive exam, but this does not automatically mean that it will cause him/her to perform poorly. The child may just become more conscientious with revision

Hi lybrate-user delayed period could be because of stress or hormonal imbalance. You can confirm with blood test that you are not pregnant. Which is most accurate way to diagnose pregnancy.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Management: -Sponging or bathing with tepid water. The use of a fan or air conditioning may somewhat reduce the temperature and increase comfort. If the temperature reaches the extremely high level of hyperpyrexia, aggressive cooling is required. -Take rest and drink plenty of fluids. -Take light, bland, properly cooked home-made healthy food only. **********Consult again if the fever is accompanied by a severe headache, stiff neck, shortness of breath, or other unusual signs or symptoms.***********

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

We were married 1 year ago. We never wanted children so took care and precautions while having sex. Every month her menstrual cycle is good. We are going to a devotional tour for 5 days from 25th February to 1st March. But the problem is that she's not having menses till now. Her menstruation date is 17th. But she's not. Hello, It is too late to start a medicine to postpone her menses further as the meds were to be started from day 21 of her cycle. Now as it 5 days post missed period, she may have her menses anytime and has to wait for the same. Unfortunately it is going to be during your tour. once started it can be controlled , but even if you plan to take meds for withdrawal bleed, still its a 5 day course and then you have to wait another 5-7 days for arrival of bleeding.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Dear lybrate user, take care of your diet first. It should not be spicy oily or junk. Do not rub or scratch the acne. Drink plenty of liquids. Do not use any product. Apply lemon juice twice daily for twenty minutes. Take direct lemon cut it and do massage with this on your face. Do it for 15 days and see the improvement.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, - look at what is causing your neck pain - change the posture of looking at mobile/ pc usage - use soft and thin pillow - don't be in same posture of looking/reading for long time - apply ksheerabala taila to the neck and keep hot water bag over there for 15min. Do this for 10days. Internal medications can be decided looking at its results. Thank you.

Am breastfeeding my 2 month old baby. I have hypoechoic lesion in my right breast of 1.1*0.8 cm well defined hypoechoic lesion is seen on uoq of breast. Minimal vascularity in ultrasound breast. .skin. Subcutaneous and retroparenchymal spaces normal. Do I need to take mammogram. When can I take. Does the radiation affects baby. Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. Grind the grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its juice. Massaging coconut milk (juice) on the scalp can also help in the management of hair fall.
