Honey and cinnamon used together helps to fight acne because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Add a couple of drops of tea tree oil to either of the masks above during an active acne breakout. Tea tree oil is considered one of the best home remedies for acne.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner 7. Laghu sut shekhar ras vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner.

Kidney Health by choosing you diet right
1.In addition to eating right and controlling your weight, you can take other simple steps to keep your kidneys healthy, including monitoring your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose level, going to the doctor every year, exercising regularly, not smoking and being aware if kidney disease runs in your family. Kidney stones can develop when minerals build up in your urine. However, eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and low in salt or oxalate-rich food can help prevent mineral build up. Additionally, drinking lots of water throughout the day, especially if you exercise frequently, is important for kidney health.
2.Fluids
Staying hydrated is necessary for prevention and treatment. Keeping your urine diluted is important for keeping your kidneys healthy. Water is the best choice, but you can also drink fruit juices, ginger ale or tea. If your urine is light colored after you go to the bathroom, you are getting enough fluid. Also try to limit caffeinated beverages to one to two cups a day because it can actually make you dehydrated.
3.Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits and vegetables improve your kidney function. Such fruits include grapes, cranberries and blueberries; vegetables include fennel, onions, celery, beets, spinach, string beans and asparagus. If you are suffering from kidney disease, make sure the fruits and vegetables you eat are low in potassium.
4.Low-Potassium Foods
Since kidneys regulate potassium, it’s important that you monitor your potassium intake. If your potassium level gets too high, you may develop a greater risk of suffering a stroke or heart attack. Some examples of low-potassium foods include apples, beans, corn, rice, noodles, pasta, eggplant, cookies without nuts or chocolate, pears, peas, peppers and zucchini.

If you are not passing stool and even not passing gas and vomiting present. Its a emergency condition. But if only gas. You can take tablet pantop40 mg once daily before break fast. Along with syp mucaine gel 2 tsp thrice daily after food. If it prolongs get yourself investigated for the same. Consult a gastroenterologist .avoid oily fatty junk food, carbonated drinks etc. Increase intake of green leafy vegetable, more of salads, get yourself well hydrated.

Following proper diet which is low calorie nutritious diet and doing regular exercise and yoga and brisk walking will help you to reduce your weight do following exercises. Praanaayaam kapaalbhaarti suryanamaskar cycling or jogging stop eating oily, fatty and sugar based food. Stop milk n milk products. Consume less carbohydrates and more of vegetables, salads, fruits. Stop outside food and junk food medication. Triphala guggul 2-2-2 medohar guggul 2-2-2.

please give me all the details like your weight, height, physical activity, waist circumference, fasting and pp sugar levels and dietary habits. You must be aware to control blood sugar apart from taking medication one has to take a restricted diet, matching his caloric needs in relation to ideal body weight and sugar levels.

I find my penis much tilted towards left especially when its erected. I don't know whether it affects intercourse. During blowjobs I feel a lot of pain. I feel much comfortable when the tip of the penis is under the skin but it does come on top of skin once erected or during blowjob. I also find a tiny balloon type structure on top of my penis made from the top skin layer. Its since childhood. Try the following remedy it will surely help you Natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. To increase the blood (hb) in body - * take all iron rich vegetables in good quantity everyday like spinach, methi, cabbage, beet root, carrot. * take one citrus fruit like orange everyday or take lemon water once a day. * avoid tea & coffee as they destroy the iron content of food. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. * take one tablet of punarnava mandoor of baidyanath company with water 2 hours after meals once a day for 8 weeks.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.
