Diet to increase sperms count. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take dry fruits like almonds in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and give feedback.

There are a lot of misleading information going around, especially online. So all that you read online, may not be correct. Sex is a topic that has been much hushed about, thus leading to the birth of many baseless rumours and embarrassing myths. Don’t believe in every single detail you come across online, they have got their own glitches. But hey! You do need to know the truth about it all, and this article tries to do just that.

Here are a few embarrassing myths and facts about sex which you may come across:
1. Myth: You do not get pregnant the first time you have sex
Fact: You can get pregnant anytime after you have penetrative sex. There is no such stipulated count or time as to when you get pregnant. The moment you have penetrative sex, certainly without any protective measure, the chance of pregnancy goes up.

2. Myth: Men think and want more of it as compared to women.
Fact: This is not true. The desire for intimacy and sex varies among individuals, irrespective of the gender.

3. Myth: Having sex in a pool drastically reduces the chances of contracting any STD.
Fact: Generally, maximum STDs are contracted by coming in sexual contact or through unprotected sexual intercourse. Having sex in a pool with a person already infected with any STD will automatically up your chance of contracting the STD as well. Water cannot prevent the transmission of any STD.

4. Myth: Douching after indulging in sexual intercourse can prevent a pregnancy.
Fact: Douching is definitely not a method to prevent pregnancy. And it’s about time this myth gets busted. Douching with soda, water or any other fluid can only guarantee infections in the genitals and nothing more. This is because douching disrupts the natural balance of the vaginal bacteria, thus also disturbing the pH balance of the vagina. The only way you can prevent a pregnancy is by using protection or taking birth control pills if you’ve had unprotected sexual intercourse.

5. Myth: It isn’t possible to contract STDs if you just have oral sex.
Fact: While it is true that maximum STDs are spread through unprotected vaginal intercourse, there are certain STDs, the transmission of which might not be only dependant on vaginal penetration. STDs such as HPV, Herpes and Syphilis can spread even if you just have unprotected oral sex. So, even if it is oral sex that you want to enjoy, do not give the protection a miss. Dental dams are always available at your disposal; using which might curb risks of such STDs.

Ways to get control over it- 1. Find another outlet for your time and energy. Fill your life with engaging activities. The excitement of doing something different can help replace the urge to masturbate, and you'll have a go-to distraction next time you're tempted. Try some of these options: like play some sport, Start writing, learn to play a musical instrument, paint, draw, or do whatever else makes you feel like you're doing something productive. 2. Eat a healthy diet, Try skills like cooking, archery, baking, public speaking, or gardening. 3. Volunteer your time. Devote your energy to helping teens who've been less fortunate than you, such as working at a shelter, tutoring low-income students, cleaning up blighted areas, or raising money for a good cause. 4. If you masturbate frequently because you feel lonely, find ways to be as socially engaged as possible. Hello. You have to maintain a very healthy lifestyle, proper diet and cardiac physiotherapy. This can not be completely reversed but you can remain without problem if adequate precautions are taken.

You may have anemia or hypothyroidism for feeling fatigue . You have to check blood and treat these if present

If I suck and drink sperm any problems or health issues also masturbations is good or bad for health? These two activity any relationship with menstrual cycle? Because I have delay in period also less count of blood and less pain in last period but before painful but this is first time less pain. Sir give me better remedy and advice for better health and correct my menstrual periods?

Drinking semen does not cause any health issues. Masturbation is not unhealthy unless you do it in unhygienic conditions. Little delay in menses is acceptable and does not need any treatment. It occurs bcos of hormonal changes or weight gain also.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Hi, gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion. Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:- 1. Fruits That Reduce Uric Acid

Uric acid is a problem for a lot of people, and can cause serious health issues. All of us have this compound in our blood, but in small quantities, and we should always try to keep those levels low. One way to do this is by watching what we eat and consuming fruits that can help reduce uric acid naturally.

1.Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits can protect you from gouty arthritis. Uric acid dissolves in citric acid present in fruits such as orange and lime. Hence, eating citrus fruits helps in lowering the uric acid level in the blood. Vitamin C is great for reducing the amount of uric acid in our blood. It dissolves the crystals that stick to our joints, helping to get rid of them.

2.Apple

3.Banana

4.Cherry

Eat a cup of tart cherries or drink a glass of cherry juice daily to prevent gout attacks. Studies have shown that cherries help in lowering the uric acid level. The therapeutic effect of cherry is primarily attributed to compounds called anthocyanidins that help in neutralizing uric acid. In addition, the anti-inflammatory property of the compound helps in alleviating inflammation and pain in the joints.

4.Strawberries

Strawberries are one of the most recommended fruits to neutralize uric acid in the body. They are excellent antioxidants and diuretics, and have anti-inflammatory properties. They help to regulate the digestive system, keep you full, and contain Vitamins B, C, K, and potassium. It also helps with eye health, reversing signs of aging, prevents flaccidity and celulitis.

5.Pineapple

Pineapple contains bromelain ? an enzyme which has anti-inflammatory qualities and is known to reduce inflammation. It also stimulates the decomposition of uric acid crystals and hence, helps to alleviate the pain associated with gout. Bromelain is also an enzyme that aids in the digestion of protein and we know that a diet high in protein often leads to excess uric acid build up in the blood.

6.Blueberries

These wonder berries should be added to your list of Gout foods to eat. Blueberries contain vitamin C, vitamin E, and they are loaded with anti oxidants. They are great for reducing the inflammation associated with Gout. If you start to feel Gout pain then you should immediately add blueberries to your daily diet.
