Avoid Fried Foods And Snacks It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. • Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. • If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

Hello lybrate user as you asked about your problems related to diabetes and bp as well as gastric discomfort, I would like to advise you that your metabolism isn't pretty and toxins are accumulated in the form of acid and gaseous flatulence with upcoming acidic belching and cause of gaseous pressure to upward on your chest and heart. It gives you heart pain and sometimes located at your under chest. You have low hb about 7% so it is very low. If you had an angiogram done, and there is a single vessal disease with no collaterals, surgery will give good releif. If you have collaterals, both angioplasty and surgery will be good. But final decision should be taken based on the angiogram pictures.

Mr. lybrate-user, When on treatment for hypothyroidism, it is necessary to bring TSH down to 3 to 4 mU/L, then only one will be freem from all the troublesome symptoms. Hence, if TSH is 6.5 mU/L, then it should be reduced to the value mentioned above. Therefore, there is a need to increase the dose of thyroxine being taken now. After increasing the dose TSH should be checked 6 weeks later to see if desired level is reached. Thanks.

Can levothyroxine sodium cause persistent low grade fever during usage for hypothyroidism. What are the side effects ...
levothyroxine is like the natural hormone, most often very well tolerated. Some patients occasionally complain of side effects like headaches, sleep problems, feeling of irritability and nervous, fever, hot flushes, sweating, increased heart beat, palpitation, menstrual period changes and appetite changes and weight changes. These effects usually subside on long term usage. If allergy occurs, drug may have to be discontinued. But by and large I have not come across any patient with such side effects so far. Thanks for the question.

Bp is not directly related to diabetes. It often depends on what medication she is taking. Insulin may precipitate an episode of hypoglycaemia and subsequent fall in bp if taken without food.

Dear lybrate user, life is precious. If you lose a job you can get another. But if you lose health, then nothing will come back. Even the busiest person on earth can find 30 mins in morning for exercise. You can control weight by diet control but exercise adds to that effort and prolongs a persons life. Please consult a dietician who can help your father with a proper diet plan plus exercise plan.

Having diabetes makes high blood pressure and other heart and circulation problems more likely, because diabetes damages arteries and makes them targets for hardening (atherosclerosis). Atherosclerosis can cause high blood pressure, which if not treated, can lead to blood vessel damage, stroke, heart failure, heart attack, or kidney failure. You can consult me in private for detailed treatment which is available in biochemic system of medicine depending upon symptomatically.
