Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

It's depend upon fever type. Like fever is with or without chill. Timing of fever occurrence. How much fever most of the time. Homeopathy treatment gives you better result bt it needs several detail.

Eating more proteins like pulses, beans, sprouts, broccoli along with healthy carbohydrates like banana, grams, brown rice, sweet potatoes will help. Also use coconut oil in your diet as good fat.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi proanagen should be applied after hair wash i.e on clean hair. But my doubt is, is it necessary to wash hair daily after applying proangen solution if we are applying solution daily or as usual twice a week? And each day how much ml is to be applied on scalp?

ProAnagen™ is a topical solution that should be applied 1-2 times a day. If you’re busy and unable to apply it at least once a day for the first 6 months, then you may want to consider other products. Each time, before use, make sure to shake the bottle well. This way all the natural ingredients sitting in the bottle are able to mix. Then you apply one milliliter to the hair loss area of scalp. After that, massage your scalp for a few moments. Then, you can comb your hair. Make sure not to wash your hair for at least 3-4 hours for better solution absorption.

Do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet such as soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast, no drink before meals. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia, and pasta, biscuits and corn-bread are good source of carbohydrates.
