Hi, Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Knee Pain: As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee Exercies Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. I am 52 year old. Suffering from cervical pain in neck /shoulder for last 2 month - exercise /physiotherapy /medicine not relieving though reducing to an extent.

Follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Get cervical X ray AP and lateral done and review with reports

I have osteo arthritis and knee problem. I was taking calcium with d3 and was told by doctor not to sit on the floor and everything was going fine for a year. But due to some reason I sat on floor for 2 hours. For something and now the back of my left knee is in pain for 7-10 days and is not taking my weight. What can I do so that I can continue doing my daily activities in a normal way. I am female 56 years of age. Thanks.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I havs severe back pain radiating downwards to my right leg along with numbness pn the tip of my right hand fingers. I am feeling very week on my right hand. Consulted spine surgeon. Got mri ls spine & c spine. Doctor prescribed Gabawin 50 mg 3 times daily & Hifenac tab. Pain is still there. Kindly advice.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

My knee was a little bit injured in an accident. X-RAY was normal. Doctor said it was a minor injury and no need for any big treatment. Now after 5 days I'm fine, there's no pain but feeling loose at my knee while walking. Having problem in walking up on stairs. What may be the problem? Please answer soon.

Wait for a week more . Plz don't jump into MRI now. Give ice pack to your knee. Don strain much for 2Weeks. Most often MRI mislead you if you do now.

It may not be due to b12 deficiency. 1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x + Sillicia 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.
