Unlucky people are generally more tense than lucky people, and this anxiety disrupts their ability to notice the unexpected. As a result, they miss opportunities because they are too focused on looking for something else. They go to parties'; intent on finding their perfect partner.

It is good. There is no prescription for it. You can take different kinds of nuts in convenient proportions. Just don't stuff yourself with it.

I have glucose level fasting 250 & PP 330. Hba1c 10.1% please tell me the proper diet charts & exercise.
Sir, there is an immediate need to meet the Doctor or Diabetologist for the same concern, soleley diet and exercise is not safe for the further prognosis of the disease. Depending on the tenure of the diabetes the complications might arise resulting in issue with the eyes, kidney or muscular problems. The follwing tips can be of some help to you - "Your Hba1c is on higher side and you need to follow a diabetic diet. Fruits to be avoided: mango, litchi, banana, cheeku, grapes, pomegranate, pineapple, fruit juices, aerated drinks. Vegetables to be avoided: Potato, sweet potato, arbi Avoid refined cereals, junk food, oily and fried foods, cashew nuts, pistas, raisins, direct sugar intake, red meat. Try to do exercise for 1 hr/day like yoga, meditation, brisk walking etc - your current sugar levels are very high so any kind of tough workout should be avoided till the level reach asafe zone.

Hi sir, I am Vikas made from new Mumbai commerce graduated. I just want to asks one question sir how to lose fat with...
Overeating leads to weight gain, especially if the diet is high in fat. A diet high in simple carbohydrates. Frequency of eating. Slow metabolism. Physical inactivity. Medications. Psychological factors. Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind. Take personalised expert dietary advice. Thanku.

You should take homoeopathic treatment for hair falling because these products leave side effects on your body and prolong use of the same is not advisable. Hair transplant is the last option prior to that you should try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. 3. Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Silicea 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 5. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

What food we have to eat during dinner, our dinner timing keep changes, how it will effect for diabetes patient, our dinner timing keep changes from 8 pm to 11 pm depend upon the work load, If we eat late night, when can we go for sleep, some doctor suggest , after late night dinner don't go sleep at least 1 to 2 hours and walk 10 to 15 minutes before sleep, this will control sugar, is it doctor advice is correct.

What food we have to eat during dinner, our dinner timing keep changes, how it will effect for diabetes patient, our ...
Hye. Thankyou for the query. For a diabetic it is important to understand that you don't have to just randomly restrict foods. You need to learn how to eat more sensibly. The body needs nutrients as per the activity levels or the work you have indulged in. You cannot just not eat dinner or skip eating a certain food randomly. You must eat as per the body's needs. So if dinner is late have a lighter dinner. Avoid fried foods, heavy non vegetarian foods. Stick to whole grains, vegetables and salads. Try to take a mid meal of salads, dairy two hours or so prior to dinner so you don't overeat dinner. If it's very late try to take a small stroll of 15 minutes after dinner to avoid sluggish digestion. Avoid lying down as soon as you have eaten your meal.
