Hi sir I have constant back pain problem since last 4 month my age is just 25 ,pain is throbbing in nature and aggravated by prolonged sitting like 3 or 4 constant sitting hour, please suggest me something like remedies I do not want analgesics.

Do a massage on your back with oil named mahadhanwantarum taila. Make it warm and massage with someone's help. After that, give hit fomentation with a hot bottle or a cloth pack filled with salt and heated. Try to keep your posture erect always. Don't kick bike etc if possible for few days. Avoid jerks during journey. Increase calcium intake in form of warm milk, capsicum, paneer etc. When pain subsides, start practicing yoga asanas daily for back ache under guidance. That will prevent reoccurrence.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Back pain. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I think there might be the lack of proper rest in your case .so, try to have more rest, diet rich in fibres and antioxidants ,correct your posture of sitting and lying down. Avoid too much hard as well as too soft bed. And last but not least, keep your mind stress by exercise, yoga,meditation and increased water intake.

I am 21 years old female. I have problem of back pain from last 2 weeks. I used relief gel (move). But no effect.
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief.

Suitable exercises will help you address your issue. Use an ergonomic chair. Take breaks in between your studies every hour. Walk for a while. Have milk, paneer and such protein rich food.

Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to avail benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road. Quite often we operate on both the knee joints in the same sitting with equally good results.

I think your doctor is right as although numbness and tingling sensation in hands and feets can be due to many factors and Vit B-12 deficiency is one of them.So take vit B-12 capsule for 2-3 months and give more emphasis to Vit B-12 diet like Food: Eggs, Brown Rice, Fish, Yogurt(Dahi), Milk and milk products like Cheese, Cow and Soya Milk.

According your age shows muscular pain so tk muscle relaxant medicine and do hot fermentation and rest. Posture correction must. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight till relief. Otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days.
