Anemia

BHMS
Homeopath,
Iron deficiency anaemia is the commonest form and results from a shortage of iron from a poor diet, blood loss, illness or infection. Pregnant women are particularly at risk. Pernicious anaemia develops due to lack of intrinsic factor, which is secreted by the stomach which prevents absorption of vitamin B12 required for red blood cell production. It affects vegetarians and group a particularly.

Megaloblastic anaemia results from shortage of folic acid, which is found in fresh vegetables, fruits and liver. This is more seen in elderly people and pregnant women.

Improper formation of red blood cells.

Continuous blood loss as in trauma and heavy menstruation.

Prolonged illness.

It can sometimes be a hereditary tendency.

Acne 1. Cleanse your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink 10-12 glasses of water daily 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6. Avoid harsh skin products. You can also purchase my package for the treatment of acne from lybrate. If you want permanent homoeopathic cure, then consult me.

I started eating eggs a month ago. But it is creating a lot of heat in my body. What should I do.

I started eating eggs a month ago. But it is creating a lot of heat in my body. What should I do.
Hi lybrate-user Reduce the quantity of eggs and incorporate other sources of protein in your diet. Avoid them completely if causing too much of a problem. Other sources include   1.Chicken is an excellent source of high quality protein, which is important for muscle maintenance and repair, bone health, and weight maintenance. And of course, there are so many ways you can cook and prepare chicken.   2. Paneer Not many people know this, but paneer is almost entirely pure casein protein. Casein is a slow-digesting protein, which means it is perfect for muscle maintenance. This is useful especially for people who have no choice but to go long periods without eating. Paneer is also an excellent source of vitamin B12, calcium, and other important nutrients.     3. Whey Protein There is a reason why whey protein supplements are the most popular supplement in the fitness industry: they provide a fast and convenient source of protein at an affordable price. Bodybuilders normally use them when they wake up, right after their workout, and mixed with some of their meals. For the rest of us, a scoop in our shakers right after our workouts can be very effective for muscle mass gains. It’s important that you still get high quality protein from whole foods, and use whey protein as a boost.   4. Fish Fish are high in protein, low in fat, and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3s are essential because they aid in fat loss and ensure the proper function of your body processes, such as your metabolism. 5. Dals / Pulses.

Is there any problem in growing a lot of hair in armpits. I haven't shaved my armpits since the hair started growing there.(from age 12. Now I am 25. And there is a lot of hair there. It stinks most of the time. But I don't like to remove the hair. Is there any issues?

Hi! Growing too many hair in the arm pits will increase the sweat retention and chances of bacterial infections. If you are unwilling to shave them you can trim them and use a syndet soap to bath and use antibacterial and antifungal sweat absorbing powder.

Now I am 34 weeks pregnant and still I have a low lying placenta and what are the problems of having low lying placenta during 34 weeks.

Now I am 34 weeks pregnant and still I have a low lying placenta and what are the problems of having low lying placen...
placenta should lie on top of the uterus and on the posterior side so that during growth of the baby, there's no hindrance during delivery also, placenta on top position doesn't interfere with labor pains or block the passage or Lead to bleeding as this tissue is rich in blood at 34 weeks, chances of placenta moving to the top are remote you better get ready for operative delivery around 36 weeks because there's risk of bleeding when baby grows maximum during last month this is a genuine reason for operative delivery and you should not be even given a trial of labor or wait after 36 weeks to complete full term at 40 weeks good luck

A ligament tear can not heal without surgery. Acl tear is normally seen in people who play sports. So if you want to continue playing then you have no option but to go for a surgery. But, if you are not going to indulge in too many physical activities then you can avoid surgery and go for physiotherapy - ayurvedic physiotherapy can manage your pain very well. Consult a nearby clinic and go for janu vasti sessions. This will not heal the tear but it will make you pain free.
