I am 25 year old guy I've been suffering from piles since 9 months and I have bite types of piles internal and external. But no pain no bleeding. I m very poor so can't afford operation. I've tried ayurveda and homeopathic treatment but could not get good result. please suggest me what to do.

A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, and the patient may be advised to increase his/her water consumption. Some experts say too much caffeine is not good. Body weight - if the patient is obese, losing weight may help reduce the incidence and severity of hemorrhoids. Simple things you can do yourself to help prevent piles: Try not to strain when you go to the toilet Avoid laxatives Exercis take tab pilex 1tab tds, anovate cream locally inside anus, siltz bath [hot water in a tub, add kmno4 in it, sit 1/2 an hr in tub, it will help.Avoid spicy ,Drink 3- 4 Litre of Water Daily. welcome for further help. or go for surgery

Hi I am suffering from chicken Gunya from 10th Nov. Although I had fever only for a day by my joint pains a lot. dont take cold water immediately after or during exercise There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Dear lybrate-user, it seems that you are suffering from aphthous stomatitis. There are multiple reasons for these ulcerations among which stress and nutrition are considered important. Genetic basis also plays a role in this. Topical otc medications can help you once the ulcers develop. But you can now reduce the severity and duration of these ulcers with some drugs. A detailed examination and history needs to be taken for that. It would be preferred if you contact a oral medicine specialist or chat with me to get manageable solution. Thanks n healing regards.

There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors. -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

Hello, kindly tell me - since how long you have been suffering? any fever with it? is there any other symptom/ complaint with it? have you got any investigations done, if yes, kindly share the reports with me or else at least get your blood tested for cbc (with esr). Meantime, start taking homoeopathic medicines - kali mur. 6 x and ferrum phos. 6x - thrice daily for 1 week. Revert back.

I am 29 Year Male, I am having pain in my both leg while walking for around 1 Km and above, I observed that the nerves between my knees and toes got swollen up and the blood circulation disrupted resulting in tremendous pain. I have hypothyroidism discovered 2 years back and when I consulted doctor recently he increased my thyroid tablet thyronorm from 100 mcg to 125 mcg, even after that I have got no relief while walking. Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.

I had sex with my girlfriend on 27th September. We had safe sex with condom. I did not got ejaculated nor inside nor outside. Than we had sex without condom, Still I did not get sperm out. I did not ejaculated during we were together. Than she got her periods on 5th Oct. She has 28 days cycle. She should be in periods on 3rd Nov. But still she is not got her periods. Just relax, if your detail history is right and she had normal periods after sexual intercourse on 5th October then she is not pregnant and will get her periods little late. Delayed period can happen due to many things other than pregnancy like stress etc. Also learn that in future avoid such sexual relationships without condom and prevention because you are not aware even about basics of sexuality. Understand and accept this. Learn all this from an sexuality expert only and not by internet/friends/relatives. Caution: if periods are delayed by more than 15 days. Consult an expert directly.

Dizziness could be due to a) stress, anxiety, inadequate sleep, late night sleeping, excess physical and mental exertion, b) inner ear disease. C) alcohol, sudden drop in bp (like sudden standing), d) heart disease (atrial fibrillation/atherosclerosis), decrease blood volume, heat stroke, dehydration, e) neurological condition, anaemia, hypoglycemia, f) ear infection, brain tumor treatment 1. Treatment of underlying cause 2. Drink plenty of water (8-10glass daily) 3. Take adequate rest, avoid physical and mental exertion 4. Have regular meal, avoid stress and anxiety/ inadequate sleep sound (sleep for 7-8 hours in the night)/ late night 5. Stand up slowly from sitting/lying position. Check your hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid caffeine, tobacco, alcohol 7. Consult neurologist for further advice and treatment.

Share needles (used for injecting drugs) with an infected person. Get a tattoo or piercing with tools that weren't sterilized. Share personal items like razors or toothbrushes with an infected person.

apply betnovate cream locally twice a day. if u are below 16-20 than more than 2 time a week is excessive. if u are less than 15 than more than once a week is excessive. but bad effect of masturbation on our body is defferent for differnt people. Excessive masturbation is very bad for health. Excessive masturbation is the main reason for Pre-Ejaculation/ erection problem. Swpandosh or nightfall problem also occurs due to excessive masturbation (daily masturbation comes in the category of excessive masturbation). Excessive masturbation can cause weak body, cheeky face, weak eye sight, graying of hair, less weight, fatigue, general weakness, constipation, less appetite, non-erection, low libido, nightfall and many more. During teenage, masturbation can be done once a week after that it should not be done more than 2-3 times a week till marriage. The vitality and vigour lost due to excessive masturbation cannot be regained back by medicines or food etc.
