I am 26 years, 50 kgs, 6 feet, during my teen age I started masturbation from 12 years & kept carrying it on 19 years age, in a day I used to do 3 to 4 times masturbation in a day. If I re-calculate it was found more than 2000 times I did masturbate during the said period. I was feeling very happy when I used to do this, but when I came to know its bad effects at 20 years age, I fully stopped it. But now it was very late for me to skip this bad habit. Becoz now I am 26 years in last 5 to 6 yrs. you believe me I didn't masturbate, but I am in a health problem, weight loss, skin problem, very loose skin just like an old man's skin. I was very fatty when I didn't start masturbation, even people used to call me strong person but masturbate killed me. Gradually I am reducing in weight more & more, unable to handle pressure, if it more, members of my family have intact body in comprising of my. Now my friends ask me to maintain my health, you can't believe me I eat more than my family not take spicy & outside food. But loose skin like an old is creating problem & stamina. 1 day my uncle who came out of city said me (abhi se tum itne kamzor ho, agar tumhari shadi karadi jaye to kya hoga). These sentences are terrifying me. Recently I got sperm analysis tested. I found my sperm count is 58 mg something. Other problems I want to share with you. 1) My working strength in compression of others are not good. 2) Skin (jhurriya) loose skin is biggest problem for me 3) Right side Testicle is dangle (zada loose hai) in compression of left side Testicle. Becoz I don't wear underwear, It is becoz of not wearing of underwear or masturbation 4) while sleeping 3 to 4 drops of sperm comes in night without any sexy dream & it happens 2 to 3 times in a week & gradually increasing & this problem is with me after leaving masturbation at the age of 19 yrs. 5) mucus on poop is seen in a week. I went some of the doctors who said they are sexologist shared my problem with them after some medicines & they said masturbation has created bad impact on your liver & intestine. I am 42 years old man suffering initially headache and physical weakness last 9 yrs. Pre-Diabetic Symptoms - A Must to Know for All!

Before you are affected by diabetes, a condition known as pre-diabetes is experienced, which indicates that a person might develop diabetes soon. In case you have pre-diabetes, your blood sugar level will be higher than the usual, but not as much as during diabetes. The condition is called borderline diabetes. During pre-diabetes, the production of insulin hormone gets decreased. You are more likely to get heart diseases and a stroke because of pre-diabetes. 

Diagnosis There are three primary blood tests, which are used for the diagnosis of pre-diabetes: 

  1. Fasting plasma glucose test
    • You should not eat anything for eight hours before this blood test.
    • Blood sugar level is considered normal when it is less than 100.
    • If your blood sugar level is between 100 and 125, you are in the pre-diabetes stage.
    • If your blood sugar level is above 125, you are diagnosed with diabetes. 
  2. Oral glucose tolerance test
    • First, you need to have a fasting glucose test done and drink a sugary solution (75 gm glucose dissolve in water) after it.  After two hours, another blood test is taken. 
    • Blood sugar level is considered normal when it is lesser than 140. 
    • If your blood sugar level is between 140 and 199, you are in the pre-diabetes stage. 
    • If your blood sugar level is above 200, you are diagnosed with diabetes. 
  3. Hemoglobin A1C 
    • This blood test shows the average blood sugar level for three to four months in the past. It helps to check whether pre-diabetes is in control or not. 
    • Blood sugar level is considered normal when it is 5.6%. 
    • If your blood sugar level is between 5.7% and 6.4%, you are in the pre-diabetes stage. 
    • If your blood sugar level is 6.5% or above, you are diagnosed with diabetes. 
    • The test should be redone for checking or verifying the results. 

Lifestyle changes required for managing pre-diabetes Lifestyle changes may help people in managing pre-diabetes and for preventing it from developing into diabetes. Here are some changes and habits you need to practice: 

  1. Weight control: If you are obese and overweight, the pre-diabetes may turn into diabetes. Hence, losing some amount of body weight, at least 5% to 10%, makes quite a difference. 
  2. Exercise: You should perform moderate exercises regularly, such as swimming, cycling or walking briskly. This helps in the management of pre-diabetes. Aerobic exercise increases the heart rate and should be carried out for better benefits. 
  3. Nutrition: You must make some dietary changes as well. Consume food items, which contain low-fat protein. Eat a lot of vegetables and whole grains, limit your calorie intake and reduce the amount of sugar and starchy carbohydrates. Increase your intake of fiber-rich food. 

If you experience a rise in your blood sugar levels, you must consult a doctor immediately. With early diagnosis, you can take preventive measures and will be able to prevent pre-diabetes from developing into diabetes.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Please don’t panic. You must understand premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one or two minute of sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months. There is nothing called premature ejaculation while doing masturbation. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common problem which happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of people. After confirming that these are not due to diabetics, hypertension or any other organic problems, for this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. If SSRIs don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil). I don't see any requirement of medicines for you. Two natural treatments for PE that have shown promise are red ginseng and pomegranate juice. Ginseng is thought to increase nitric oxide production, leading to improved blood flow. Pomegranate juice is a potent antioxidant and can help too. Japan oil can help if massaged externally. Psychological reasons usually get cleared with sex therapy. I suggest online sex therapy. Exercise. One reason exercise is so effective at controlling blood pressure is because it stimulates your body to release a substance called nitric acid. Nitric acid causes blood vessels to open up, which reduces blood pressure. Exercise also helps to strengthen your heart muscle, reduce stress, and aid weight loss.

Lose excess weight. There's no getting around the fact that blood pressure goes up as the pounds pile on. Being overweight increases your risk for heart disease and diabetes, too. Losing even 10 pounds can start to make your blood pressure go back down.

Eat healthily. Eating the right type of diet can lower your risk for high blood pressure or help you return to normal blood pressure. Clinical studies show that a diet high in fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, whole grains, poultry, fish, and nuts really works. You also need to avoid fats, red meat, and excess sugar.

Shake the salt habit. Your body only needs about 500 milligrams of salt a day, but if you are like the average american you may be consuming up to 9, 000 mg a day. Studies show that high salt leads to high blood pressure. Current recommendations are to limit salt intake to 2, 400 mg per day, the equivalent of about one teaspoon.

Put the brakes on smoking and drinking. These are two other bad habits to avoid if you want to keep a normal blood pressure. Alcohol raises blood pressure and adds empty calories. A safe amount of alcohol is only one drink a day for women and two for men. Smoking is not safe in any amount. Nicotine causes blood vessels to constrict and that raises blood pressure. Quitting will also lower your risk of cancer and heart disease.
The only way to know if you have high blood pressure or normal blood pressure is to have a blood pressure reading done by a trained healthcare provider. The american heart association recommends a blood pressure reading at least once every two years. If you have had a recent blood pressure reading and you have normal blood pressure, don't take it for granted. Remember hypertension is a common and sometimes silent killer. Push yourself away from the computer, turn off the television, get active, eat your fruits and vegetables, and kick any bad habits.

You've probably heard that high blood pressure is a problem. Sometimes blood pressure that is too low can also cause problems. I am 30 year old I m suffering from fever since 7 days. I investigated all test all are normal. What I do.
Ok it may be viral fever take dolo 650 mg 3 times a day 4 hourly, eat soft diet milk, curd or butter milk for 3 days and eat fruits drink milk before bed.

Take tab. Meftal spas sos for abdomen pain. Tan. Zintac 300 mg once a day for 3 days. Avoid spicy foods, oily,junk,fatty foods, Take whole grain foods, plenty of water, there are many causes of abdomen pain. i.e. acidity, stone, heavy meal, gastritis, fatty liver, infection in any organs of abdomen, if not ok pl. checkup usg whole abdomen, cbc, urine r/m, blood sugar, lft, kft, and consult again. welcome in lybrate.
