I'm suffering from stress nd I really don't know why and what is happening to me when I'm in anger I even hit my head with iron rod, even on walls, or beat my head with my hands and I cannot able to get my cond in stable condition my reason for stress n anger is my studies and I even don't know what else I have a girl friend she sometimes tries to help me and she failed max times I really don't know what is happening to me I even tried to do worst things like in anger I tried to kill my self please help.

I strongly recommend you to go and see either a psychologist or a psychiatrist. You may need a regular weekly session to work both on your stress and anger. Initial support by a counselor or psychologist will help you understand what is going on with in you and it will also equip you with various tools and strategies you could use on a daily basis. You may try following things with support of your girlfriend as well. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. .Inadequate feeding habits, prolonged meal time gaps. Poor selection of foods increased physical activity without increasing the food intake major reasons for being under weight. Follow it up with a heavy and healthy breakfast. Take moderate lunch and dinner. Add Banana, Milk, Eggs, including yellow yolk, Mango, rice gram, peanut, butter are helpful in gaining weight. Potatoes, bananas are a great choice because they’re high in protein and calories. Dried Fruit: Dried fruit is a rich source of fiber more over it has a high content value of vitamins and minerals which are necessary for overall health.

Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

The simple and best thing for your age is leafy veg, lot of salads in diet, hot water for fomentation and drinking during periods. Simply rajpravartini vati 1tds five days before m. C. Ashokarishta + lohasav 10 ml each + 20 ml water after meals 4 weeks. Start now. Inform next time.

If tooth pain is so severe then you need to go for root canal treatment for that tooth. If swallowing is difficult then it can also be due to tonsillitis. All that can be checked once you consult a dentist. Hope you get well soon.

Hello lybrate-user- night is meant for sleeping. Studying at night will disturb your sleep cycle and hence will make your brain weak, it will also ruin your eye power. So go to bed before 10 pm, wake up as early as possible if you want to study because in morning time the brain tissue is almost 95% active and has a higher capacity to memorize as compared to that of night hours. Moreover waking up early morning will also benefit your health and you can give your 100% in other fields in future too.

what are the size of the stones? stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers. One of the reasons of not gaining weight can be that your diet must be low in protein. Low protein diet hinders muscle development. Increase tour protein intake in the food as well as you can have a good protein supplement.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Ayurveda is a renowned life science that has been credited with changing lives since ancient times. Not only can it prevent diseases and ailments, but it can also cure them with its combination of herbal medication, everyday routine and yogic poses. Weight management is a field that also enjoys various Ayurvedic remedies. Some of them are as follows.

  • Herbs: Herbs are a way of healing used by Ayurveda, and the use of various herbs can help in hastening the metabolism for healthy weight management.
  • Taste: Ayurveda recognizes six distinct tastes that should be incorporated into one's daily diet. These tastes include salty, pungent, sour, sweet, bitter and finally, astringent. Each of these tastes has several properties that balance the various hormones and health factors in one's body. These tastes form the various counterpoints to alleviate all kinds of health problems, which finally help in effective weight management. Also, one must eat all the seasonal fruits and vegetables to keep the body and hormones in good balance.
  • Exercise: While a daily routine of exercise is a must in any life science, Ayurveda too propagates the devotion of at least 45 minutes to one hour towards some form of exercise. Walking is said to be the most important and effective forms of exercise, followed by several yoga poses that can help in better weight management. Also, as per Ayurveda, it is important to move after each and every meal, so that a routine of eating and activity is built into the system.
  • Sleep: Ayurveda recognizes sleep or rest as one of the most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. While good eating habits and exercise form one side of it, sleep or rest completes the triangle. One can also practice the Savasana or resting pose for a period of rest. And at least six to seven hours of sleep is a must as per Ayurveda.
  • Meditation: This practice helps in focusing on awareness which can instil the desired function like weight management in the body. Being mindful of what your body needs can also help in eating and exercising right.

Weight management is a lifelong process in Ayurveda.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda breathing problems arises because of Kapha Dosha Vikriti Home Remedy- 1-Take ginger tea mixed with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves. 2-Massaging the chest with warm sesame oil mixed with salt helps to loosen the phlegm deposited in the chest, especially, when followed with steam inhalation. Treatement- 1-Take shwas kuthar ras twice a day. 2-pranacharya asthamin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 3-pranacharya shwas vikarasav 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. 5-take hot water steam. Diet- avoid smoking. Alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Hi lybrate-user. Anything which is pigmented and elevated could be skin tags, dpns or moles as you mentioned it needs clinical examination to confirm and to proceed for treatments. However for moles we do simple procedures like electrocautery, lasers and even surgical excisions. Start using sunscreens regularly it protects to certain extent.
